There's a book that's been on my wishlist that I haven't gotten around to yet. It's not a technical book about stars or planets though.
It's called The Human Cosmos: Civilization and the Stars. It's about how different civilizations interpreted and used the stars and the connections can be made. It came out last year and made a ton of 'best of 2020' lists.
Maybe your grandmother might be interested as well.
Here is a fixture on Amazon.
Most fixtures with integrated LEDs are not ideal because you cannot swap the LED (at least not easily) and most are too bright or too blue. I recommend Choosing a bulb that is 2700K or less. The “vintage” bulbs work well for that in a pinch.
Why not a commercial planisphere? This can be purchased for different latitudes or sizes. They are a lot nicer to use than a simple printed sheet.
