I use Delivery Tip Tracker app, which keeps track of all that and can export the data it in CSV for spreadsheets.
The screenshots look good to me For example, look at this app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.samruston.flip It is very simple in design, yet it looks polished and professional. No offense, but yours looks like the initial sketch of the app you want.
These are fine I wear them often but it takes a while before you get the touch screen functionality. They are durable & one pair will last for weeks but they are also cheap enough to be disposable. For example use them for dirty jobs too like checking oil, inflating tryes etc. Pairs PU Coated Black Nylon Work Gloves. Gardening, Builders, Mechanic (24 Pairs- Size L(9)) https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B06XXYSJ8M/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apan_glt_fabc_FRBDMCZ0AX3G169110TP?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
They're not tights but are thermal compression leggings, like these so they're made for the cold weather. I've seen it for a couple of years, at least. But I don't deliver for any of those companies, so can't speak to dress code.
Heya we just made a free Route Planner. Hope this helps :)

This is the one I bought on Amazon. I like how it can be secured in place, so stuff doesn't go flying if I have to slam the brakes.
