Seems to be release date of a Spider-Man comic. Probably the one released closest to the opening of Disneyland Paris
Yeah but the book Im talking about is sort of a history of all the Haunted Mansion rides.
It talks about Phantom Manor and the story line before the refurbishment. Its a great read if y'all can get a hold of it.

You can always use https://www.accuweather.com/en/fr/serris/159224/weather-forecast/159224 for a quick reference on the local weather :)
Christmas usually is a busy time of year, but Paris never, ever gets anywhere near as crowded as DLC or WDW. That is one of my favourite things about it :)
I have a uniform for European winter, especially for long days at the parks: camisole, long-john long sleeve shirt, sweater, scarf, gloves, beanie and winter coat. I wear corduroy pants cause they are warmer than jeans. It could rain or snow, so a hooded knee-length jacket is ideal, and comfortable, waterproof boots. Mine are from & Other Stories, and they are made for everyday walking in rain and snow. No matter how long I live in Europe, I'm still a California girl when it comes to cold weather, so I do not play when it comes to warmth!
I always book my hotels through hotels.com. I go about 4 times a year for a few days each time, and they consistently have the cheapest rooms (I normally stay at disney hotels), even taking my AP discount into consideration.
A lot of hotels in the area have shuttle service or are on the local bus route, but the disney hotels are walking distance to Disney Village and the parks (except for Davy Crockett's). For me, the Cheyenne has the best price/value, though I am not current with what hotels are open currently. I'm also a sucker for western Disney theming, makes me feel at home :)
I hope you have a blast. DLP is such a nod to Walt's original Disneyland, and the most beautiful park.
I have an AP (Magic Plus) and Hotels.com has been significantly cheaper every single time. I always stay on property. I've gone about 4-5 times a year, for the past 5 years and Disney consistently charges 70-100+ euros more per night. I don't even bother trying with my AP anymore.
I've stayed at all the hotels except Newport. I am also an Infinity AP and we go about 4 times per year for several days. We take the train so we usually stay on property on Lake Disney, except for one time at Davy Crockett's. I have always found way cheaper Disney rooms on Hotels.com, and for every 10 nights you get a free night. I always call for a price comparison and Hotels wins out every time. A few years ago I booked the Santa Fe for 58 euros a night, which is really the most anyone should pay for those rooms.
In terms of value for money, the Cheyenne is my favourite. The Sequoia is across the river and also has lovely ambiance, but is slightly more expensive and the rooms are the same level of cleanliness/quality. Which is not that great either way. Honestly, they are all a bit rundown and I've stopped comparing them to the American parks/hotels that I grew up with, for my own sanity. At least the grounds of all the hotels have that great Disney magic and we don't spend much time in the room anyway.
My AP is expiring in April. We are booked to go April 6-8 to use our passes one last time. We have decided not to renew for awhile. I booked a package for September at the Newport, as it's the only one I haven't stayed at until the Marvel one opens. Kind of a silly Disney Paris bucket list thing for me. The package is a really good deal, the tickets for 4 days/ 2 parks/ 2 adults plus hotel cost the same as the hotel booked on its own. I'm actually relieved the AP is ending because I would've been annoyed at that!
I've also stayed at the Elysee Val d'Europe and it is way cheaper and nicer, with a shuttle service. If that suits you, it is worth looking into.

Mind you, it's not for sale in the park and hard to get by. But it is also a very complete, interesting and pretty book!
Thank you! There’s a whole book of all the Disney parks’ maps, from sketch to final product. I love it!
Edit : LINK (Amazon.fr) you can probably find it on amazon.com too
