Here, get yourself something like this that has a couple of bottles. Fill them and freeze them. Defrost naturally, DO NOT MICROWAVE frozen urine. This kit comes with the temp strips you can attach so you know it’s the right temperature.
Try to stop freaking out, but honestly, you know you need help, and you sound like you need help, there’s a better way to do that. . Please call your DR. Don’t mess with faking a seizure, they’ll see right through it (are you prepared to piss your pants? That’s what happens) It might be best to take your lumps and ask for help with rehab.

I’ve (23f - 5’7 160lbs) been a daily weed smoker since 2018. I’m hella active & eat fairly clean. I’ve been sober for 5 days and I took a test today to test my thc levels and I was at 50ng. The highest level on the test was 300ng. I used to literally smoke all day long and I can’t believe my test is already at a low level, so there’s hope! I’ll link the test! I had a similar situation and bought these tests on amazon. They’re really nice because they show you various levels of THC in your system. Most jobs require you to be under 50 ng/mL, and if the sample is under it’s usually analyzed closer for 15 ng/mL. Totally gave me peace of mind to see approximately where I was at concentration wise. Quickfix 6.3 works according to numerous posts Ive seen on this subreddit so you just gotta make sure its not an observed test. If you don't wanna do synthetic, you can try certo and see if it works for you. I followed this guide except I doubled up on the certo packets (using 2 packets instead of 1 the night before and the day of) and it worked just fine for me but I had been clean around 6 weeks after basically a lifetime of heavy smoking. The only caveat to this method is you really have to make sure the urine is not too dilute and that it has adequate creatinine. If you use gatorade, multivitamins, and creatine powder (or eat a bunch of steak) then you should be good. I used these test strips to make sure the urine was in the normal range for SG, Cr, and pH. Def get one those tests. Lost of times they are sold out and restocked a week or two later. You can also get it from eBay but I think they simply buy them from Amazon because I bought one about 3 weeks ago and even though eBay said the delivery was supposed to be that Friday, it didnt arrive until Monday which I believe was the same ETA on Amazon. I wanted it that Friday because I got paranoid I would get tested that following Monday. Luckily I didn't have the test and now the chance of being tested is like 1%. But when ur 100k+ job is on the line, 1% is too high (pun intended haa). I usually would get clean in about 21 days smoking only flowers. But the damn carts is taking damn forever. Smh.

the ones that came in my kit was just a simple hand warmer with a rubber band; kinda like the hand warmers you take camping or when it gets cold. secure it to the bottle with the rubber band, i would microwave for 5-7 seconds and then use the heating pad. i’m sure there are some temperature stickers on amazon, the link below is the one that were on the bottles. you can buy whichever one you see fit, but make sure it clearly states the temperature range from 90-100F. naturally, your pee will be around 94-97 if i’m not mistaken. Ok ill tell ya how. Get a friends clean pee. Buy these containers and a few shakable hand warmers. Lastly some temperature strips. Have friend pee and rubber band a hand warmer to it, just one. Put the tube under your nuts or in your groin. It should stay no problem and not show. Obviously dont wear tight pants. The body heat and single warmer will keep it between 92-98 perfect range. You won't get the job if you are honest. Can you do the job? If the answer is yes, then fake the test.
So the first thing I suggest you do is:
Take an at home test like this one. take the test first thing in the morning so you have a "worst case scenario" result. Come back here and let us know how you did and we will provide advice on how to proceed.

Here is an example of a hand warmer to use. They are available at most big box stores or pharmacies.
Here is the type of bottle and temperature strip I recommend using.
I'm not endorsing the linked products, if you can find them at your local pharmacy (you usually can)under a different brand then do so. They're so you know what you're looking for.
Get the sample as close to the time of test as possible. preferably right into the bottle you're going to sneak in (gross, i know). Cap it (tightly) then run it under hot water (because it probably just got peed on), activate the hand warmer and rubber band it onto one side of the bottle. do the preceding part quickly. the temp strip should be visible (so not the side the handwarmer is on) so you can check the temp easily. put the side w/out the hand warmer in between your thighs (under your meat and potatoes if you have them, or like a panty liner if you don't). This will keep it at a good temp. When you get to the office, make sure it's at the right temp (high end). If you need to warm it up, go for a brisk walk.
Here's an example of a multi-level thc test at amazon. Get one of those and see how you do.
If you're concerned about the other drugs, then find an at home test that tests at the same cutoff and for the same drugs (they're usually either 5 or 10 panel tests) and take that as well.
Take the tests with your first thing in the morning pee, this will give you a worst case scenario baseline. If you pass at the same cutoffs for the test you plan to take then you're not going to have to do anything different. If you fail, come back here and show us which level you fail at and we can tell you what to do (just forewarning you, if you fail badly, we may advise you get fake or another person's urine).

Considering the high thc percentage and how thc lingers in fat, it could take a good while to get down to that 15ng/ml if you aren't burning any fat. I've tried to exercise but don't have the motivation, and at this point have just factored in the 2-4 months it may take for me to reach low levels.
On the front of THC testing, I don't see how they could knock you for confirming 40ng/ml on a 50 ng/ml test. I understand the logic you're applying but think that it would be irresponsible on their end to come to that conculsion or revoke a job offer without providng you with a 15ng/ml test. This is what I use. There’s also a 10 day version which I haven’t tried but it’s recommended for heavier use. I think it’s just a double dose of the regular 5 day version. Might be worth a try since you have over 10 days.

If your husband is clean that's a great option (and free!). Just make sure you get at least 3oz to be safe. Also make sure he is hydrated but not too hydrated (you don't want dark yellow pee). Just be sure there's no medications that he takes normally that may slip your mind (pain killers, benzos, anxiety mess, adhd meds, etc). You need to keep the sample between 90-100 degrees when you submit the test at the lab. This is fairly easy if you heat it up for 5-10 seconds and store it close to your body for a while beforehand. Something like this can be used to monitor the temp (although it doesn't need to be this exact one, I just typed in urine heat container on Amazon and pulled on of the first ones)

Get another couple of tests from the dollar tree to make sure. Order some more off of Amazon if you have more future tests (they are cheap in bulk and more reliable than $ tree and test for 5+ drugs.) If you’re super worried go to a head shop and get the red detoxify drink. Follow the instructions to a T And you will be fine. You can order it online too. It has hugely mixed reviews. However, from my own experience it seems to help when you have been abstaining for a long time. I was also trying to clear out D8, but mine was vaped.
The brand is the easy @ home tests, I got it from Target. I’m a little worried now because a lot of the reviews for the test aren’t great. A lot of people were saying they knew for a fact they were positive, but it came out negative on the at home test and positive in the lab. Obviously the @ home tests claim to be 99% accurate but it still worries me. I might buy the detox drink just to play it safe although the drink turns my urine a neon yellow. I will say that I tried this test in the past and came back positive for benzos and negative for THC (I took some Valium a few weeks prior) and when I went to take an actual test in the lab they only said something about the benzos. I had smoked just a day before that too, which is weird lol. Try to exercise a bunch, THC gets stored in fat. Also take at home 5 panel tests so you can see if you've made any progress with the THC concentration in your system. I personally took these pills and it helped me pass within 25 days (link below)
Not necessarily, but that's probably a pretty safe amount. It also depends on your overall state of hydration before that to some degree as well and diuretics like caffeine also make you pee out more water and can have an effect of making it more dilute as well. Also everyone is a little different. For one person 48oz might make them dilute while another it might take 64oz. I think there's probably a good chance you would pass now depending on the sensitivity of the test, and most certainly by 3 weeks clean.
Most of the tests have a cutoff of 50ng/ml. You're lean and young and that is to your advantage, but everyone is different in the rate that they process and excrete the THC metabolite. I would recommend keeping well hydrated until the test. No need to be slamming gallons of water a day, but enough so that your urine has only a slight yellow tint to it. I've found Gatorade or Pedialyte to help with hydration while keeping electrolytes in balance.
On the day of the test eat a good breakfast. Don't use the first few pees of the day. Probably best to schedule it in the afternoon. About an hour before the test eat something with sugar in it and stay hydrated, but don't overdo it or it might come back dilute. Eating meat the day of the test helps boost creatinine levels as well.
Get some at-home tests to be sure you'll pass. Honestly tho, all of the urine test I’ve had before they never have measured the temperature with a thermometer, they just feel the outside of the cup to make sure is not cold or super hot. And I’ve taken urine test for plenty of jobs, DOT, etc. It’s not a big deal don’t stress it out 😁

I think you will be fine. Make sure you are sweating a lot whilst working out and drink lots of water from now to the test date to keep flushing out your system. You can also look at drinking cranberry juice to aid in the detoxing process. I would also recommend getting a pack of THC test strips off of amazon. They are very cheap and pretty reliable from what I have read. I used them when I was trying to keep track of my detox progress.

Try using a hair relaxer to detox your hair. There are study’s that show that it remove around 30% of the drug concentration of the hair. So you should relaxed it at least 3 times. I just took my drug test on Monday and I'm still waiting for my result. I can’t tell you for sure if this gonna work but you should at least give it a shot if you want to pass. Btw you might lose hair from this, I have a tiny spot of missing hair from the areas that were burning. Good luck

Mix a packet with one Gatorade, then drink three more Gatorades and pee three times. After the 4th piss, you will have a 6-8 hour window where your urine will temporarily be clean.
This brand has good reviews on many of it’s products. I have not tried them myself so I can’t say from personal experience but this particular one is advertised as 15ng/ml and isn’t crazy expensive.

THIS! I used a Pharma tech mail in -zero tolerance-urine test kitthat came back NEGATIVE (0%!!) when nearly all of my home tests have been positive. I was so confused that I went to quest lab (Via Concerta) dehydrated on purpose. I took a mirror DOT a test $80! I tested positive at home and negative in the lab. I was like wtf. ? So I called the MRO and they confirmed to me that they can’t or don’t test for ‘synthetic’ marijuana. I did contact Pharmatech also prior to this and they told me the same exact thing. Have you tried using a detox drink? The detox drink used to pass my drug test was Detoxify xxtra clean. It basically masks your pee to be cleared of THC for 3/4 hours.

Basically avoid toxins ASAP. On the day of the test:
-drink 2/3 hours before test -drink the contents, wait 15 minutes and refill with water and drink -urinate 3/4 times before going into your test

This is a good idea but why not test more often (2-3xs a week)? Amazon has cheap single drug tests (THC) for like $1 each. Here are 15 tests for about $10. Not sure what cutoff you're looking for, as I don't smoke weed, but these are 50 ng/ml..I'd try to find a test that reflects the same cut off as a lab test..and according to the comments for these tests, 50 ng/ml, is the common lab cutoff. Not sure how true that is.
Remember, usually with these tests, any line, no matter how faint, is a pass.

I was 21 days clean at time of test but had otherwise been a nightly smoker for most of the year. I exercised a lot (running) during those 21 days and started drinking lots of water the week of the test. Not sure your weight and height but otherwise I think you’re good.
Buy some tests on Amazon. I bought these for 8 bucks and it comes with 20. Dollar tree also sells kits for $1.
I wouldn’t buy tests at CVS, let alone shop there. Their prices on EVERYTHING are jacked. Because you have time on your side, I would buy a box of 20 tests for 9 bucks on amazon at 50 ng/ml. I got these i smoked strong flowers all summer and for many years and was passing in 23 days, and am 6’1” 185lb. Hot showers and extra blankets at night helped me sweat it out. You should be able to pass unless you dab/vape concentrates daily.
You’re good! If you wanna be sure take some at home tests to ease your mind. And up until your test you can drink green tea, hydrate, exercise, sauna, and eat healthy. Day before just chill and keep drinking water. Given the amount you smoke and your body weight I agree with your friends but if you wanna be sure do those things to speed it up a bit if there’s anything even left. Also at home tests will help ease you a bit to see those negative lines. Get a few brands. I like these - from Amazon . They saved my sanity, especially when I was testing Neg for the 15 ng/ml line which is below the standard drug screen level.
I use these to conceal, and I use the adhesive backed toe warmers to maintain the temp throughout the day.

Get yourself a couple of these. If it's negative you're good. In the mean time, remember THC leaves your system through sweat, urine, and feces. So that means sweat a lot, drink a lot of water, and get extra fiber into your diet and cut down on carbs. Walking about three miles a day, drinking a gallon of water a day, and drinking a ton of metamucil and I got it out consistently in a week
get this. eat a high fiber, low carb diet and drink plenty of water
It's more sensitive than the typical drug testing for jobs. If it's not detected with these then it's not going to be detected with anything else except maybe something for probation.
Get a couple packages of these. Eat a healthy amount of greens with fiber, drink water, and cut down on carbs. Also, quit smoking. Because of your body type it should be out of your system in a couple weeks and double check at home. These tests are more sensitive then the ones you are administered for a job. These cut off at 20 ng/ml and the normal ones cut off at 50 ng/ml
There’s also a same day, 5 hour window, detox drink called Rescue Detox Ice that has worked for me twice in the past. They have a 17oz bottle and a 32oz. I’m my opinion, it really doesn’t taste that bad, the hardest part is just how full you feel from how much liquid intake it calls for. Also you might get the shits but, it’s worth it, eh?

its not dumb for you to smoke in the first place! I got an amazing job offer lobbying for a really great org and had the same drug test stress. I learned from reading endless threads that we are told that pot stays in our system longer than it actually does. My suggestion is to buy at home drug tests, on amazon, they are next day delivery with prime. If you pass that, you are golden. If you dont pass, Id suggest QuickFix synthetic urine. I would order these - they let you know where you’re at. My advice? You have about 6 days or so - that’s another week. Plenty of time. I know it’s the holidays so sorry but if you want to pass this - try to eat healthy. Anything with fiber - leafy greens, healthy grains, fruits and veggies. Avoid as many fats and carbs as you can. You want to burn as much fat as possible so eating fats and carbs will keep the THC in your body. Keep drinking water. Take Niacin if you can to flush it out of your system (250 mg). Not No flush. It’s not going to be enjoyable - feels like you have an awful sunburn for an hour. Go to the gym and sauna if you can - sweat out the THC. Burn as much fat as you can until the day before the test. Day before your test don’t workout and continue to chug water. The day of drink water, sugary drinks, Gatorade and coffee etc - basically stay hydrated but don’t make it too diluted. If you’re just drinking water your pee is going to be that - water. So mix it up. The only way it’s going to come back as dilute is if it’s basically clear. Keep peeing until it’s a yellow color but pale yellow so diluted but not too much and test yourself before you go with one of those strips ^. Good luck ! You got this.

What you need to figure out first and foremost is how your body processes THC and how quickly it gets out of your system. Once you know this you can see your other options :) I know it’s stressful but breatheeee and trust it will be all be good.
I passed a psychemedics follicle test about 2 weeks after stopping smoking on a regular basis and about a month and a half after I had an edible. I did use the original aloerid shampoo and also used tsal and coal tar shampoo and also had gotten my dyed just a few days before the test.
I'm quite certain there's a threshold that they're looking for people to fall below to be considered drug free. 90 days really should be enough for your hair to grow out to a point where there will be very little THC metabolite in the follicle. Despite what some people may tell you, washing your hair over a period of time will pull a small amount of the metabolite from your hair. The things that I did were just measures I took to make sure I drew enough of the metabolites from my hair follicle to pass the test. I am convinced that aloerid shampoo does work, however, it is rather pricey ($200) and you shouldn't need it if you are going to have gone 3 months without smoking.
If you are still worried, you can try using a cleansing shampoo to try and open the hair follicle a bit more for like a week before the test. Supposedly stuff with propylene glycol works well. You can also try a salicylic acid shampoo such as tsal which supposedly can open the hair follicle as well. These should be left on for about 3 minutes. Just be sure you get a very good hydrating conditioner to use after these treatments.
