I haven't played the expansions yet, but I don't even include the Kickstarter promo cards. The core 120 cards, along with dice, tokens, sleeves, and dials fit perfectly inside a deck box. The other cards are unnecessary if you are the only one with cards and you bring it out for quick drafts and preconstructed.
Edit: The deckbox I use is below. It's great for carrying in a backpack and has a bottom compartment.
I bought this zippered case meant for games like C.A.H. It's a little bigger than necessary, but has room for extra card games, counters, dice, reference sheets, etc.
NOTE: This case does not hold normal sized TCG sleeves very well. I used KMC inner sleeves and they fit great, but full size sleeves would get all bent up on the corners. Just sayin.
