Also side note to you could add it to something like a lickable treat like this and mix it in a dish if he likes it with the medicine. It might make it more of a treat then what he may perceive as bad.
SSSCAT is a motion-activated spray system that protects indoor areas and objects from cats and dogs within a radius of 3 feet (1 meter).
Ssscat is a humane remote deterrent to keep pets away from certain areas.
Here is how it looks like. Link: https://www.amazon.com/Innotek-PDT00-13914-Ssscat-Spray-Kit/dp/B000RIA95G
Yes. I also think you should try the other stuff if you do not currently do those other things. You are welcome!
Maybe try mixing wet food into the dry where the dry is just barely wet? I did that for my kitten but the opposite because he wouldn’t eat dry but now he has dry food all day and wet food a few times a day. Also, my cats seem to really like the shredded food that looks and smells like canned human chicken? And I feel like I’m giving them better food because I know what it is and I can actually see that it’s meat. My cats also love the Fancy Feast salmon and chicken treats which are only salmon or chicken. Maybe that’s a way to try to see what flavor your cat likes best? Good luck! ❤️❤️

I am afraid that it's in the heart of the beast (as we say it in my country). Cats are high dwellers, so keeping them off surfaces is rather an impossible but also very stressful task for both you and the kitty.
What I did use when our kittens kept destroying the christmas tree, was putting one of these down:
https://www.amazon.com/PetSafe-KIT19001-SSSCAT-Spray-Deterrent/dp/B000RIA95G
It worked very well. It just blows out condensed air and makes noise, both of which cats aren't very fond off. If you want to get the cans cheaper, they are the same as aircompressor cans that blow your PC parts free of dust.
I would pick my battles and go for the place you want them to stay away the most (kit chen counter I am guessing) and buy this spray can.
They make cat attract litter that can help litter box train the kitten. link to chewy.com might help.
Peace Lily's are bad for cats, but they aren't like "kill your cat with a sniff of pollen lilys" such as the Stargazer.
I have one cat who will chew any plant she can reach so... I make it so she can't reach them?
Options: Hanging from the ceiling
A shelf thay is crowded with other items so cats can't jump up
A green house
Following that--get a grow light and the plant can't go anywhere. I can't have my high light plants near the window because cats so I have them as close as they can be and a grow light and they are thriving.
A peace lily, which is low light, would do fine with some cheapie light.
These are the ones I use in seperate locations.

And the whole "I'd rather kill a cat than get rid of a plant" is so disgusting.
My cat did this for a little bit and it seems to help when I changed the litter that I was using. I found Dr Elsey's Cat Litter helped the most. It's supposed to attract the cat to pee in the litter box. Could be worth a shot to put it in at least one of the litter boxes you have.

Maybe add a third litter box in a neutral location?
Use something like a door protector to deter Baby?
Are they fed in separate bowls, separate locations? If not, maybe try that.
I’ve had friends use Feliway diffusers with varying results.

These work for my cat. I feel like rebellion is normal especially for a cat his age and being recently neutered.
She's terrified, cats are very territorial and she doesn't have her human
Things to do right now are
Watch Jackson Galaxy videos on scared cats
Get a feliaway diffuser
No loud noises, and try to not vacuum.
Sit in the room with her and read a book in a soft voice for at least 30min a day.
Don't look for her
If you happen to see her do not look her in the eyes ( cats take that as a threat)
Let her come to you, it will happen but it could take time.
If she doesn't start to come around is about 4 weeks please post again
2 years ago I adopted 2, a male and female that came from a hording situation and were feral/ semi feral. I believe they were never petted before, they both now sleep with me.
Found some pictures of cage similar to June and Rachel I described , except they tricked it out a bit.
Your cat may just need a bigger box, or you might need to clean the box twice a day, or you might want to use a softer-feeling litter.
I''ve used an under-bed storage bin like you'd store wrapping paper in, but now use this one.
The edge is rolled so that my "front edge pee-er" can get in, turn around, perch back paws on the edge and have front paws outside the box. She's very picky.
I also use a waterproof bed pad under the box just in case one of the cats misses. My other cat pees at the back of the boxes. Cats are weird.
I have a cat who lifts her butt as she pees so it can go everywhere but now we have these top entry cat boxes and it totally fixed the problem. :)
I used sphynx cat clothing though my cat is not a sphynx. The main issue is the clothes are tiny. My girl is only 7 pounds and I got her L-XL and they were either fitted well or a little tight, but still wearable. She has medium-length hair which probably did not help with the sizing. This one is my favorite in XL.
Before I discovered the sphynx clothing I had bought two onesies for both dogs and cats. They were too short and too baggy at the same time and did not fit her comfortably. I also tried a simple little dog dress that was snug but fit her more like a shirt and did not have full coverage. It worked ok for her but she also targets her torso more than anything else, so that probably would not work for your cat.
My coworker was in a similar scenario and bought pheromone plugins and said it worked miracles something like this
Thunder vest. It's a harness they wear that is weighted so they feel comforted during anxious times.

And this is their maintenance formula which is more on par with the price of friskies.

I just searched “cat behavior” in the books category on Amazon and a lot of good looking resources came up. Only you can decide what’s best but a few are available on kindle unlimited if you have access or probably other ebook locations including your local library possibly but here are a couple that stood out to me:
(Starting from Scratch: How to Correct Behavior Problems in Your Adult Cat https://www.amazon.com/dp/0143112503/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_HNnMEbKYN7VHH)

Thanks for replying. She's about 2 and she's spayed. Do you mean an air horn like this? https://www.amazon.com/Dust-Off-Compressed-Gas-Duster-Pack/dp/B00DZYEXPQ If water's pointless, why does air work better?
Oh man, have I been there. One of my furballs was determined to pee out the side of the litterbox. Every. Single. Time. I fixed this by getting one of those dome-shaped litter boxes (like this: https://www.amazon.com/Booda-Dome-Cleanstep-Cat-Titanium/dp/B0002DH8L4) with a built-in stair case that leads into it. Now she has to walk inside the litter box in order to get to the litter, and she can't pee out the side.
If you don't suspect mobility problems, you might also try a litter box with a top-entry--enclosed on all sides, and the cat has to jump down into it to use it.
Have you tried one of those feeder toys? Instead of just feeding them you put their food in a ball that has holes in it. That way it takes longer to eat and they have to exercise to get the food.
Something like this: https://www.amazon.com/PetSafe-SlimCat-Meal-Dispensing-Blue/dp/B0018CG40O
okay. if you are using dry food, i would go with a weight management formula or a hairball formula. they both have high fiber to help the cat feel full. Purina cat chow has a healthy weight formula. here's one timed feeder. there are many others:
