I always get companies in my DMs and comments on instagram trying to get me to buy their shit and post it as an "influencer," get my own code, whatever. It's SUCH a fucking scam. They prey on people like McCall who are desperate for attention, and to feel like they are really influencers. Once I used their 75% off "influencer code" to buy a bathing suit I really liked, and it was literally the worst quality bathing suit I've ever seen in my life. It was basically see through. If I had posted myself wearing it, everyone would have clearly seen the round white bra pads, like in Mean Girls lmao. Also nothing ever came of the fact that I didn't post it, because it's just a scam to get people to buy their clothes.
Found it! Infantino 3-in-1 Booster Seat | Baby Activity Seat | Booster Seat for Dining Table | Removable Tray https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07MP6VTGG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_KNE433BHZRTHBHMQS9ZG?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Yeah, I was thinking that, too. I poked around Amazon for a few minutes to see if I could find a mask like it. This one looks similar. There are plenty of masks in the same style, so I don't know why she wouldn't pick one with dark hair or something.
Wrote? More like self-published plagiarism. > The book she ripped off.
Also, the main character in the ripoff is a penguin named Luna and the back page is an ad for her exploits.
I wouldn't be surprised and for all we know she could still have COVID as we speak. Long COVID + other supplemental illnesses + a growing toddler plus a growing brain would be bad enough for a NT kid, let alone someone with existing issues like Luna.
One of the saddest books I've read was Fragile Innocence by James Reston Jr in which a mystery virus caused his bright toddler to have a severe intellectual disability. For all we know the 24/7 dysregulation and overstimulation might be masking some severe issues.
Ma'am let me tell you about the magic of the air fryer this is our bad boy here we got it got free because our aunt didn't appreciate them like we do. It's not just for entrées! Want to roast a side something but your oven is too full? Air fry it. Feel like making ramekin cakes but you don't want to preheat the oven? Pop those bad boys in there. Make an entire roasted meal for the picky eater in your family in it.
We're a family of 4 with no small children so its a lot easier for us but it honestly does come in handy when you want to roast/bake something at different temperatures but you don't feel like waiting. If you eat meat it makes the most delicious reverse seared steaks that come out perfectly every time. It's cut down on the amount of fried foods we eat too because we just air fry it instead. I really just wanted to gush about an air fryer, downvote away
It's pretty much everywhere, her grift reaches into the depths of even the belly of Amazon. She wrote a "children's book" a bit back, lol. Clickity-click.
I agree. It’s worrisome. If I had a child with Hazel’s delays I’d still be cutting up hotdogs/corn dogs. To me, in the past, its appeared that she has difficulty chewing. A corn dog in the backseat of the car is a choking hazard imo.
With Hazel’s delays and oral fixations (like chewing on a tube with a cap she could swallow) McCall should probably own something like a Life Vac. It helps suck out an item someone is choking on and could possibly work even when the Heimlich doesn’t.
To add to my last reply...
There are many different types of utensils specially designed for toddlers with lower mobility, or other special needs. I've heard many parents rave about curved utensils, that it helped their toddlers immensely when it came to using a spoon & fork.
McCall, and Carly- maybe you are reading through these replies. Maybe you would be willing to give something like these a try? I've had many parents of toddlers who have had difficulty with utensil use, for tons of different reasons, say that these were literally lifesavers when it came to mealtimes. I've also been told that their little ones started having an easier time with other tasks requiring fine motor skills & hand-eye coordination after they had begun to master using utensils!
They can be purchased in left-handed AND right-handed varieties.
The Stride Rite shoes are excellent but honestly I can see why a lot of people would turn them down because of the colors (I’m more for plain shoes and prefer laces), but there are so many others too! You could probably make a whole list of good shoes for little ones who need support and wide shoes!
New Balance shoes have so many colors and most toddler ones are under $40!
