The difficulty in finding the font is because of the alternate character sets. I'm 80% sure this is Kathya Script, especially because of the unique lower case "f" but there's a small chance it could be Orchid Key with a few alternates in there. I haven't been able to find a complete character map of either but if you go a little further down the rabbit hole you might have some luck.
If it helps, the way I found it was to open this image in photoshop, fill in the letters and then erase the outlines. That made it easier for WhattheFont to return matches.
Filestage Might work. It’s an alternative to a tool I use called frame.io. Frame is more centered around video review and feedback. Filestage is better with other type of media. I haven’t used it extensively , only tested it with a coworker for video. I primarily do instructional videos so there were features in frame that worked better for me but filestage was pretty nice and may work for you.
