Idk if this is what you have in mind, but there are a number of what I think are Army Field Manuals available for purchase on Amazon. I've purchased the US Army Tactics Field Manual and the US Army Small Unit Tactics Handbook and they look legitimate to this civilian, though I found it to be dense reading to just sit down and start on page 1 with no context or opportunity to apply the information.
Awesome. Will do. I'll let them know I'm a shoe in for the long walk right after, my sick airsoft skills will easily carry me into squadron. I think I'd be a great fit for D sqdn...
Ok I need to stop lol...
I've been getting frustrated with my running progress but have recently picked up a new book that prescribes a new methodology called the Easy Interval Method. If anyone is in a running slump, I'd highly recommend checking this book out.
The TLDR is that instead of the traditional running regimen of having too many long runs per week, have a training schedule where you're running interval workouts very frequently (3-4x week) but at a lower intensity.
Dude you need to start using google, you keep asking questions that show you aren’t doing any research prior to asking your questions. Read a book or something. Myself and most people here are happy to help but put some effort out first.
