This is the vest I got: Compression Vest
And this strap: Chest strap
The strap is for women who’ve had a breast augmentation but it works fine for me.
Sure. I’d say if your between sizes just get the size down.
There really isn't a way besides waiting it out or surgery besides maybe since you're in the middle of puberty, taking estrogen blockers? But those can have side effects messing with hormones. Only if your endcronoligist recommends it - don't take anything without the doctor prescribing it to you.
Besides that, eat healthy, workout, consume less dairy and depending on how severe your gyno is, it could possibly hide it well. Get a resistance band to use on your chest. Here's the one I use https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0000AJ057/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_EFuzFbM0TG4XY
As someone with puffy nipples, tape has been a lifesaver over the past 8 years. You really have to watch the type you use, but I've found nexcare "gentle paper" to be perfect(https://jet.com/product/detail/e35b9d8f2e11453c98e3fa562038f074?jcmp=pla:ggl:jd_cons_win_health_beauty_a3:health_care_first_aid_medical_tape_bandages_a3_other:na:PLA_344692860_23650807260_pla-154172928540:na:na:na:2&code=PLA15&gclid=CP2Y5a...). It's sold at krogers, walgreens, walmart, and I would assume most pharmacies. No discoloration/pigment change/scarring after 8 years of daily use. I would always think about my puffy nipples throughout the day and squeeze them when they got irritated , but after taping them down they stopped getting irritated and I now rarely think about them throughout my day.
edit: Be sure to change it everyday if possible(I admit that I've gone over a week without changing it, but it's seriously best to change them daily). Try your best to change them before a shower and never change them while they're wet.
Power Roller Self Massage Ball,... https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B08NCMNPL9?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I got this one - but nowadays you can get massage guns for quite a cheap price on Amazon because the market got flooded with supply, so look into that too
I had something like this. The zip in the front makes it a lot easier to put on lol
It's not super bad but if you feel self conscious with a shirt on, that's when you know surgery can help. That bump doesn't go away with weight loss. If you wear an undershirt and that still doesn't help, surgery is the only remaining option (unless you want to use medical tape with toilet paper spot in the middle to protect your nipple from the tape.. every day to flatten out yourself, which would be annoying) . If you have the money (to pay for a good doctor, like $10k) you should go for it. You won't regret it (although a bad surgeons work for cheaper, you might regret).
Thank you so much for your kind comments. Surgery is generally around the $10 000 mark, depending on the complexity. It is a pretty fast procedure too, which amazed me. I am pretty sure fat deposits could be removed by lipo at the same time, but you would have to ask Dr Blau that directly. He also uses a unique tissue blending technique to avoid unsightly scars. He has a book available that has more information about his work https://www.amazon.com/Masculinity-Defined-Gynecomastia-Search-Perfect-ebook/dp/B07ZDDWCMY
Hey thanks for the recommendation. I ended up ordering this because it would get here sooner, hopefully it's similar:

I am having swelling around my armpits too. Out of curiosity, did you have to take antibiotics after your surgery? They put me on doxycycline.
My advice to you
This will support your chest out and about build your confidence, and go see a specialised gynecomastia surgeon

Good luck pal
Yes I after 72 hours you can shower with the initial plasters on and then compression band vest on I think for 7 more days then you can take the plasters off and replace them.
See what they say tho my point is they say you can shower everyday day but if your not bothered go as long as you can without a shower and having to take the compression off chest. I showered once a week and the shower was like 5 mins and compression vest back on straight away.
This vest is lovely fits amazing it's nice and tight across entire chest nice and flat you can wear the vest that they give you ove their vest but I found wearing it all day ficing dug into skin with that vest above on keeps your chest flush and flat with the extra compression from their vest
You need to lose moreweight getlean,
Tips
Drink 3 to 4 ltrs of water a day Wear sweat vest it helps keep skin nice and tight
The above is great for rolling the chest roll chest daily.
I would say you need skin tightening and some liposuction,
I am no dr but this might help day to day https://www.amazon.co.uk/Bafully-Compression-Slimming-Undershirt-Gynecomastia/dp/B08BFY6X81/ref=mp_s_a_1_7?crid=1755FPQD5MWQP&keywords=compression+vest+men&qid=1657133060&sprefix=compression+vest%2Caps%2C85&sr=8-7
If you have lost weight then the skin will shrink but that process is very long, the vest will give support and you need to get in gym and get jacked up
Good luck pal
Buy yourself https://www.amazon.com/Esteem-Apparel-Original-Compression-Gynecomastia/dp/B076B55LF1/ref=sr_1_6?keywords=gyno%2Bcompression%2Bshirts%2Bfor%2Bmen&qid=1645546944&sr=8-6&th=1&psc=1 I wanted to but this, but i got surgery so i dont need one anymore.
Silicone Scar Sheets (1.6” x 120”Roll-3M), Silicone Scar Tape Roll, Scar Silicone Strips, Reusable, Professional Scar Removal Sheets for C-Section, Surgery, Burn, Keloid, Acne et https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09C1FZY78/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_DWGKSPN5E18HMFX66KA4?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I was given one after my surgery and I just bought another yesterday and it’s quite nice. It’s this Esteem Apparel Original Men's Chest Compression Shirt to Hide Gynecomastia https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01D0TBQZK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_9T3XG160PJ7FS51DFAB4?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
This compression vest made it possible for me to wear a t shirt in the summer. It will take a bit to get used to, but it is a small price to pay to be able to step outside in the summer without wearing heavy clothing.
Thanks, well if you gained fat elsewhere then it's possible the extra chest fat is just regular fat and can be burned back off. You'll still have the lump and whatever fat you had previously though.
I bought an actual gynecomastia vest, I think it was this one. I would also typically wear a thin undershirt underneath the compression shirt because it'd get really sticky/sweaty if I didn't. Found it far more comfortable that way. These shirts from Uniqlo are the ones I used.
If surgery isn't an option, I highly recommend a compression vest like this, a thin shirt to wear underneath it (I found if I wore the compression vest as the base layer, it would get way too sticky and sweaty throughout the day), like this and then a dark-coloured polo (with at least three buttons, and one size larger than usual) over top. Tuck it into your shorts/jeans for a cleaner look.
The vest helps keeps everything tight, the undershirt helps keep you comfortable, and the polo has buttons which sort of "levels" out your chest (instead of having that deeper gap in the middle).
I did this for about three years before getting surgery (just last week). While it's slightly uncomfortable to wear every day, I found myself to be much more comfortable in my own skin and had much less anxiety throughout the day.
I highly recommend saving up for these items if surgery is too expensive. Losing weight/gaining muscle might also help a bit.
something like this. I dont have the exact one im using a stomach binder on my chest but it works the same. Im assuming the one in the link i sent works better
Guessing I moved around too much after my surgery. Had it done 5 weeks ago and although there is a vast improvement, there is hard lumps of scar tissue i need to get rid of. Would you recommend something like this?
Thanks for the help!!! From the results the best type of thing to get are compression vestsor sport compression vests

I just got this one ^ ordered it a size down than what I normally wear and haven't had any issues. I think people wear the t shirt under to reduce itchiness but honestly I can barely notice the itchiness I would just wear it under tbh
Very mild case and losing weight can't hurt.
If you want a flat chest than buy one of these https://www.amazon.com/Esteem-Apparel-Original-Compression-Gynecomastia/dp/B01D0TBQZK/ref=sr\_1\_5?crid=12DATWDPO3SK6&keywords=gynecomastia%2Bcompression%2Bshirts&qid=1650337781&sprefix=gyn%2Caps%2C57&sr=8-5&th=1&psc=1
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00CWIMIN0/ref=twister_B095NDK3BT?_encoding=UTF8&th=1 This is the one I used. It's a six pack of cotton ace wraps, fairly tight around the chest. 5 weeks post op, nipple are flat and scars are basically gone. Really good for minimizing scar tissue. PLEASE start massaging at around 3 weeks, that will really help reduce appearance of scars and make it blend flat with the areola. Good luck!
Here's what I did, it's changed my life for the better over the last couple of years.
Step 1: Buy a compression vest specifically for gynecomastia. This is the one that I bought. If you can, maybe don't order from Amazon. I'm in Canada and was kind of forced to, but I think you can order that in the States directly from the manufacturer.
Step 2: Buy a thin t-shirt to wear underneath this. I wore just the compression vest as the primary layer after my skin for a while, but it would get so sweaty and sticky in the summer, it was incredibly uncomfortable. This is the t-shirt I bought.
Step 3: Wear polo shirts or henley shirts on top of these two layers, something with buttons down the middle. I find this kind of offsets the gap you get with gyno and makes it far less obvious. Darker-coloured polos or something with a pattern is good. Graphics tees as well, I guess. Even in the summer, I find with that Uniqlo shirt and vest it doesn't get unbearably hot (and where I live, it gets very hot and humid).
I've had gyno for around 8 years and I only started doing this about 2 years ago, and I feel so much better when going out in public. You can definitely see the lines from the compression vest through my shirt, but it just looks like I'm wearing a wife-beater underneath (as long as I wear something over-top of it that isn't thin).
I will typically buy oversized shirts that I can tuck in, so there's no chance of seeing the compression vest underneath (this is why polo shirts are a good option as they look much better tucked in than say a t-shirt will).
I'm finally getting surgery in a few months, but this strategy has served me quite well.
I bought this one on Amazon. It's so perfect that I bought another one a week later
NonEcho Fajas para Hombres Slimming Body Shaper Corset Compression Shirts Weight Loss Hide Gynecomastia Chest Vest https://www.amazon.com/dp/B088WR7423/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_i_2RKDJTM4S1XETBXKZYNW?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I know the feeling even though it’s probably not obvious to anyone looking at you. I now wear a compression vest link below £5 and it flattens the gyno and I looks so much better when wearing a tee or jumper or anything. Only problem is you get hot quite easily wearing it.
Congrats on the upcoming surgery! It’s probably best to talk to your surgeon about vests and lipofoam to see what his take is on it and whether he would recommend you not to use them.
That being said, vests and lipofoam seem to be pretty standard for most recoveries that involve liposuction. Caridi recommends wearing the lipofoam for two weeks. The foam should be directly against the skin. He has a video on his YouTube account called “What to Expect after Gyno Surgery” that covers his recovery process, including the lipofoam.
You can buy the foam on Amazon but the quality can vary by brand. I bought some extra foam and found this brand to be good: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B073M2DJRN/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_EDN31B4BH4H7XENH0J6T?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

There are more, but they're basically saying the same thing - "masturbation to the point of ejaculating decreases androgen receptors + increases estrogen receptors." and increased estrogen worsens gyno
You can buy a compression vest on Amazon. They're inconspicuous and would allow you to wear most shirts without anything poking through.
I got this one after surgery and it worked really well. It has a zipper though, that could poke through a tighter tee shirt. There's other ones that don't have the zipper. Wish I knew about them before.
Hope this helps.
I hope it gets better man.
About the vest, I wore this type that's more like a tank top.
When I was able to remove my compression vest to shower, I use big band aids to cover the area and then change them. Like these
On the 3 days after surgery I just washed my head and face, from the waist down and use a wet towel to clean my armpits. I had a compression vest on. Then I bought some band aids, the big ones to cover the nipple and incisions to shower when removing my vest.
I got this guy. I also had a garmen but that one wasn't a true system. Inbody is the number one name so I trust them https://www.amazon.com/InBody-H20N-Composition-Bluetooth-Smartphone/dp/B07QR8SYP1
That said I need to do a new DEXA Body Scan (xrays)
My other system is watching the bloodveings appear on my arm, more every day :-)
Your doctor will provide one after surgery. However you’d be wise to pick up these two things. The doctor will charge a lot for a very disposable wrap.
A vest - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07WYD9QYP?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
And an extra compression wrap - this is super tight - Healthcom Pro Waist Trimmer... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B019YZB02S?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I bought two of each as I got lypo on my chest and stomach in addition to gland removal. These served me well and I never bruised.
I actually don’t personally like these ones. The only ones I wear are instaslim. I’ve worn them daily for probably 7 years now and they are LIFE CHANGING! My man tits are huge otherwise. I’ve tried other brands and nothing compares. These are also great in the summer and wick sweat away. I work construction so need something that’s somewhat breathable.
Work well pre surgery for reducing the look of gyno under a t shirt or post surgery
I got a couple of these under armour shirts and they worked well for me
Mr. nipple covers from Amazon and a tight fitting undershirt. I like thick cotton tank tops or slim fit white undershirts. Hope this helps! Links below.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B073CFR8R4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
This is what i have but there are better options. You might like a derma pen better since its a very specific area you are targetting
On the nipple second skin is liquid bandaid buy the one that you apply with the tiny brush yes wear it with shirt off allows you to hide they puffiness while at the beach and stuff, game changer for myself
https://www.amazon.com/New-Skin-Liquid-Bandage-Ounce-Cover/dp/B0017JOF86
That’s the stuff I use.
I started massaging with a roller from Amazon ($16 - https://www.amazon.com/Gaiam-Restore-Therapy-Massage-Roller/dp/B01MR9GQU9/ref=sr_1_9?dchild=1&keywords=Gaiam+roller&qid=1593815238&sr=8-9) around week 7-8. It was very slowly because I did not feel comfortable going too aggressive with the roller. If I pinch my nipple, I cannot feel any glands underneath so I am guessing whatever scar tissue I might've developed went away? I wore the compression vest + extra wrap around my chest for extra tightness for 9-10 weeks. I probably did not need it but I wanted the results to be perfect.
For me it worked ok. Did not last two days for me, more like a few hours before it started to crack and became more noticeable. Here it is on amazon: New-Skin Liquid Bandage, 1 Ounce (Packaging May Vary) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0017JOF86/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_y138EbTKM9P9P
bioCorneum. you can get it off amazon
edit: I didn’t realize you’re already using a scar treatment. Idk what else would work.
Yup, went home in what the Dr called a "post operative compression garment". They told me to go out and buy a second garment as I'm going to end up obviously needing to wash at some point.
They recommended that I grab a spanx brand compression garment that matched my current shirt size. I grabbed this one off of Amazon. Can't vouch for it just yet though as it hasn't arrived.
I had surgery at ClinicForYou the week before last. Absolutely no complaints - flew in on Wednesday and was taken for a blood test, surgery on Thursday then flew back to the UK on Friday. My stitches come out on Friday, so I guess I'll have a better idea of the 'final product' at that point (regards scarring etc) but everything looks fine at the moment.
If you decide to go with them, then I would recommend going for the assistance package - you have a patient coordinator who helps things go smoothly (they take you to/from airport and apartment/clinic and can give recommendations for places to eat etc in the city). All the staff are really friendly, though some (unsurprisingly) don't speak very much English (which I mention only because it can be a little disorienting immediately after the surgery).
I stayed in the LeoApart apartments, which were nice and are very central in Wroclaw (about 5 mins from the main square/plaza) and maybe a 15 min drive from the clinic itself.
The only thing I would say is that the compression vest they give you is quite bulky (it also wasn't very comfortable but I only wore it immediately after the surgery so that probably contributed). I bought a couple of these (so I could wear one while sleeping and another to work) and they are much more comfortable and seem to do the job. Obviously your mileage may vary depending on build etc.
All those suggestions are fine as long as you get one that is snug but not overly tight. We send all of our patients home with both a vest as well as foam like this:
Post Surgery Foam Sheets, Surgical Compression Garments ContourMD, 8"x 11" Set of 2 (Lipo-1) White https://www.amazon.com/dp/B073M2DJRN/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_VhlvDbY3F2J15
Consider it as it works well for additional compression if your surgeon is ok with it.

(the information given is for educational purposes and not intended for medical treatment or advice) - sorry...lawyers are making me say this in order for me to post on Reddit.
Yes! I’ll find out about the massaging when I go for my first visit in exactly a week.
I plan on buying something like this https://www.amazon.com/Spring-Thing-Hand-Held-Massage/dp/B0195SRYUG/ref=mp_s_a_1_27?keywords=chest+massage+deep+tissue&qid=1555110763&s=gateway&sr=8-27 or might use a lacrosse ball against a wall.
Get a triathlon suit. They saved my life. I used to get laughed at all the time until I got one. Now, nobody notices. If you're going to be swimming in a pool, get one that is made of chlorine-resistant material.
Get one that's black and unicolor so shadows don't stand out. Like this: https://www.amazon.com/Kona-Mens-Triathlon-Race-Suit/dp/B0727PJ7VG/ref=sr_1_6?s=sporting-goods&ie=UTF8&qid=1526904714&sr=1-6&keywords=men+tri+suit
May not be what you're asking for, but I would suggest reading. I recently bought https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0671027034/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 to help improve my social skills. God knows my social life was destroyed by gyno, hopefully not you too. You're gonna feel a lot better about yourself after they take off the bandages. You'll realize life isn't as bad as you thought. At least in my experience. Get a headstart if youre up for it!
The pain and medication turned me off and started playing fallout 4 for the first time and I'm having a blast! I wished I stuck through with the plan, but it's hard to put the control down lol.
I hope its everything you wanted man. Goodluck!
On my phone so sorry for any mistakes.
I was 19 at the time. I hid it mainly by wearing these compression tank tops
https://www.amazon.com/Underworks-Mens-Microfiber-Performance-Compression/dp/B00BF2HJ4C
And by wearing baggy shirts and sweaters of course. Or just not leaving the house.
I've always liked the spanx shirts. There's a size chart on amazon, but order a size smaller than that. Don't worry if it's difficult to put on at first, it will stretch after you wear it a while.
I just had the surgery earlier this week and my dr recommended getting an under armour compression shirt to wear after the surgery (also getting a size smaller than what they recommend on the size chart). It doesn't do nearly as good a job compressing as the spanx.
Compression shirts and tights will stipulated the blood flow. and it is uncomfortable as you can feel the pressure. that is how it works. you can try to running shirts instead.
Save up and pay for it like the rest of us.
In the meantime buy a few of these https://www.amazon.ca/Underworks-Extreme-Gynecomastia-Binder-V-Tank/dp/B008FFCZDC?ie=UTF8&keywords=Underworks%20Mens%20Extreme%20Gynecomastia%20Chest%20Binder%20Girdle%20T-shirt&qid=1442219634&redirect=true&ref_=sr_1_fkmr1_1&sr...
How bad is your gyno?
If its minor then wearing darker shirts with graphics or logos may be all you need to hide it.
You could also try a lower quality, cheaper compression shirt that will not be hot. Example
There are also a ton of other brands of compression shirts (like under armour heat gear) that I discuss in detail this guide I wrote about how I used to conceal my gyno. http://www.allaboutgyno.com/get-rid-of-man-boobs-guide/shirts-for-gynecomastia/
I really wished I discovered these early on; but only discovered them maybe a year and a half pre-surgery. For my relatively minor gynecomastia, they hide it pretty well, basically makes me look normal. Only a little noticeable under a tishrit (depends on the shirt though.) But, it just looks like a tank top so I never got any weird questions about it ever.
Personally I prefer the black ones. Make sure you get the right size, and don't be suprised if they are a little bit too tight at first, they willl strech after a few hours and feel perfect. (even after you wash them again.)
Beyond that I would aim for darker colored shirts, blacks, dark greys, dark reds, etc. and hoodies if you can. But wearing those all the time, people notice. Now that I'm post surgery, I'm really glad to have a much bigger selection of clothing and t-shirts opened up to me. The compression tanks linked above can help with that too, so I highly recommend them.
Let me know if you have any other questions! =)
A lot of people's gynecomastia goes away through puberty. A lot doesn't.
Also, working out your chest actually often doesn't make much difference, sorry to say. Just look up bodybuilders with gynecomastia. By being super ripped it might make it look less noticeable, but it's still there.
Buy these. My life would have been so much better during high school had I known about this.
