Looks like it's worth $50+ or so. It's not uncommon for albums like this to have fairly recent reissues that are worth a lot. The reissues are probably somewhat limited in scope of region and/or number and there might only be a handful of total issues of that album on vinyl.
This particularly affects albums from the 90s as they were often not pressed to vinyl originally or were only in very limited number.
Another obvious example of this in my mind is Death - The Sound of Perseverance where the reissues cost over $100 each on average.
Your local record store probably just had that record sitting somewhere since it came out or received it late from a distributor or something, somebody found a box of em in a warehouse somewhere, etc. So basically you got lucky it would seem :)
If you're in the US, looks like it's still on Amazon.
Alternatively you can contact Napalm or Kamelot via Facebook, email, or whatever else they offer, to see if they'll be pressing more.
yep then you got this one :) lucky find.

and it looks like there isn't any sale history on discogs for that particular edition so you could try to ask for any price and it just depends on what people are willing to pay for it haha :)
Excellent purchase! I hadn't seen the photo of that version.
I want this version though: https://www.discogs.com/Uncle-Acid-The-Deadbeats-Blood-Lust/release/3134386 I'll wait for it to pop up in eBay.
I agree with the review. Excellent song writing...
For your budget and new, I can't think of an amp and speaker combo for $800 in Australia that would sound as good as the JBLs and a the phonobox or even better I just spotted the Edifier R2000DB for $329 delivered on Amazon - https://www.amazon.com.au/Edifier-R2000DB-Bluetooth-Bookshelf-Speakers/dp/B06WW8N6DY That comes in at your original budget (with the phonobox) and at 120W RMS will definitely piss the neighbours off!
Could be worth a look.Jump on over to r/BudgetAudiophile and ask the pros, but on a budget, powered monitors get recommended a lot.
A proper amp and good speakers is always going to sound better though and give you more room to grow. There's heaps of amps and AV receivers on Gumtree. I'd be inclined to find a good second hand amp with built in phono for $2-300 and dump the rest on speakers. Or even pick up the full set, you can get a lot of stereo on Gumtree for $500 and spend that $300 on vinyl at Utopia!
Cool. Did you get the nice hardback book that just came out? It’s had everything in detail plus a ton of rare pics. Here is a link.

I'm not sure how the others sound, but I have the Music for Nations / Music on Vinyl release: http://imgur.com/a/s2VKL
and the sound quality is superb
edit: here is an amazon link to the exact one https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003K025QO/ref=od_aui_detailpages02?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Got it on amazon (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071LN4G2P/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_P3YVEbE8YPMD6). Not saying it’s the best out there but it does have an artsy feel and can store about 100 records (assuming 50% or more are gatefold). If you need em upright you’ll have to pack em up a little bit (not too much else ringwear will get worse)
I use the Edifier R1280DB and they sound great to me. I have no higher quality experience though.
I agree. By chance I was cruising Amazon and they had it in stock and Prime. Couldn’t pass it up, this has been on my wishlist for a while. Love Exchange Failure
I have this one
It’s a Victrola 6-in-1 that I got from a friend. I ended up getting my now-ex bf one too. It’s not too bad, it was a bit more expensive back when I got ours. Now it’s only $130. But like others have said, the more expensive ones are a better investment. I haven’t had issues with mine, but the sound quality is sometimes not too good and muffled. I don’t even use the other features, I only play records on it.
Thanks, that makes sense. The inner sleeve on my new BTBAM record seem quite tight, getting the record out is quite awkward.
Something like this, yes? 50x 12 Inch Anti Static Inner Vinyl Record Sleeves https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00KDFNHMU/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_PEHA9VE2RR2AKPFK4MVR?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
First one is my favorite as well, I much prefer the space-horror aspect of Alien over the sci-action epic of Aliens.
Here’s a link to the game I was referring to (it was a lot cheaper at Target).
FEMELI Record Weight Stabilizer... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07F83STC9?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
This is the weight. I’m not fully sure if there is a truly noticeable effect on sound quality to be quite honest. I’ve only used it for a few months. It does look cool though lol
dunno where you're at but its available on amazon uk

hmm says currently unavailable. I paid around £10, there is probably nothing particularly special about it tbh

CD Warehouse on S. Cooper St.
Nice size and variety, mostly new vinyl. They also have metal CD and 7" sections (which are mostly black and grindcore IIRC.) Their Discogs profile shows their entire stock and the prices IRL are lower than what's on the site.

Born Late on Race St.
This is half record store, half tattoo parlor. They carry a considerable amount of memorabilia like posters, patches, things like that. The record selection is nicely sized but mostly used and based on classic rock and heavy metal. If you are patient you can dig through and find some gems. Nice cassette collection to boot.

Good Records on Greeville Ave.
What, you haven't been there? Carries 95% new vinyl but the selection is great. Kind of hipster-ish vibe so you can expect a lot of stoner doom and "post" releases. Worth a visit if you are into more than just metal.

Trades are cool, money is cool to. If there's something you want feel free to buy it off the store page or PM me on whichever platform to discuss trades. If you see something in my collection you want, you can ask but no guarantee I'm going to sell it.
The Body, Boris, Mouth of the Architect, Khemmis, Heirophant, Bastard Noise to rattle off a few.
I thought it was my setup at first. But I dusted the stylus off and checked the connections and they were fine. I put on a record I have that I know sounds good immediately after and it sounded fine. My stereo is not the greatest. It doesn't have an equalizer so I'm not able to fine tune anything other than treble and bass(dummy knobs). What worried me was it was the first time buying NWN vinyl and I really like the bands they sell so I am nervous to get more if they all sound like this. FYI the record I compared the sound quality to was this one
I found an original press of EYEHATEGOD - in the name of suffering on Spasm III/intellectual convulsions for $5 in upstate NY.

Here is my discogs "store".
Open to trading, if you want to buy through discogs help yourself. But you can also PM me through here and and I'll take off 10% of the discogs price..
Take a look at my full collection too. Everything has a price or offer and I'm honestly more open to trading. Black, Thrash, Bestial Black Metal, Black n Roll, Degeneracy/urban decay themed metal, that kind of stuff all interest me. https://www.discogs.com/user/kvltivation/collection
My humble submission.

A bunch of Mercyful Fate was just reissued. Here is a direct link to Melissa on Amazon, if you’re willing to chance it with them. It’s like $25.
I bought it off Amazon, its served me well for the past several months since I bought it. Here's the link: https://www.amazon.com/KAIU-Vinyl-Record-Frame-Innovative/dp/B078J63BFH/ref=mp_s_a_1_15?dchild=1&keywords=Kaiu+wall+mount&qid=1588860966&sr=8-15
Sony STRDH190 2-ch Stereo Receiver with Phono Inputs & Bluetooth https://www.amazon.com/dp/B078WFDR8D/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_XbHlCb996QYAM
That's about as decent a NEW receiver you'll find that has both BT and a phono input. From there, a U-turn (as someone else recommended) turntable or the entry level Fluance are a good start. Them you should be able find some good speaker deals (especially if you look for used locally). Good luck!
It also appears to be available for pre-order on amazon, although I don't see any choices for color of vinyl - https://www.amazon.com/Wavering-Radiant-Isis/dp/B01N5CSDYJ/ref=sr_1_1_twi_lp__3?s=music&ie=UTF8&qid=1481559542&sr=1-1&keywords=isis+wavering+radiant
I got this variant, too. I was surprised to hear some additional spoken word segments that are omitted from the mp3 version that came from Amazon auto-rip. I wonder if they censored the word "faggot" in the digital versions of the last decade, or if the vinyl and CD were always different. Anywho, the CD version of this repressing includes the self titled album as a second disk, and my auto-rip mp3s included that bonus album as well. What a nice surprise!
Come My Fanatics... [Vinyl] https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000INAWTI/ref=cm_sw_r_other_apa_JW9BxbJCW4DSD
Have you thought about just getting a receiver that has a headphone port? Most newer models should have one, and that way if you can go the speaker route at some point you don't have to buy more equipment.
I currently run both my stereo and headphones through this with no problems.
Check out the band Early Man. Their album Closing In should sit right at home with what you have.
Here's a link to the record on amazon.
