It's doable, but somewhat tedious. I use Tachiyomi fork for e-hentai paired with Papago Translator. It gives better translation from Japanese than Google Translate (though not as good as DeepL, but there is no official app on android for it), and you can share images directly to the app. So, I simply share images from tachiyomi reader to papago, and the app does it's magic. Sure, not all phrases are translated correctly. Name "Ann" weirdly enough keeps being mistranslated as an "Apricot". But it's decent enough, I'd say it properly conveys around 70 to 80 percent of text.
