Asbestos was commonly added to wall and ceiling textures like the one pictured before 1990. The bumpy surface is not necessarily an indication that it could be contaminated with asbestos but is a good reason to sample and analyze by an accredited laboratory.
The condition is good of the texture pictured in the photo and if you don't plan to disturb it in any way, the exposure risk is very low.
If you are looking to learn more about asbestos please read my ebook it's free for Amazon Kindle Unlimited members or a low cost educational guide for non-members.

Something like this then?. Im looking for something which has small form factor.
I'm a little late to this post, but I came across this book about building without a GC, which I assume is very relevant. Probably worth the read and the price!
I found this book extremely helpful to lay out the overall process, the different people who you will be involved with, and good tips on how to find and talk to them. I think it will answer quite a few of your questions, or at least put you on the right track: https://www.amazon.ca/What-Your-Contractor-Cant-Tell/dp/0979983800/ref=sr_1_1?crid=EL163V5QW26P&keywords=what+your+contractor+can%27t+tell+you&qid=1641785428&sprefix=what+your+contract%2Caps%2C72&sr=8-1
