Your opening post refers to The Eternal Jukebox (https://eternalbox.dev/), which was a remake of The Infinite Jukebox (now offline) that this subreddit was originally for, but the subreddit is linked from The Eternal Jukebox website. Hence the confusion.

As to why The Eternal Jukebox is not working for new songs, I don't know. It seems to work for songs already in its database?
