Ha. I hear you. Not that flexible as there are other shows. Also we don't let DJs go all rogue on the air without having an established show at a specific time slot. You'll probably find it hard to keep a consistent listenerbase without a regular show. We call it the Australian Rule. Our aussie DJs would do 8 hour shows whenever they wanted otherwise. Haha.
