I've got it synced with Jim Norton's reading. This is the one. UK Amazon so not sure if available if you're not there. Ulysses - The Original 1922 Paris Edition https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00EV40DXA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_T3pNCbTRS5HJ8
I'm on a read through of Finnegans Wake right now while listening to it on Audible. I'm listening to the Skeleton Key along side it after each chapter, but when I had more time and really tried to understand it, I found that this guide was more readable then the Skeleton Key.
Haven't read it, but Robert Nicholson's Ulysses Guide: Tours Through Joyce's Dublin also sounds germane here.
I think the Cambridge Centenary edition is more of a coffee table/art book than a reading copy (but nice to have)
I personally love this hardcover edition
Maybe some commentary on Ulysses? I love Bowker's biography of JJ and JJ letters. Joyce's letters enlightened the composition of Ulysses plus they are fun and easy to read https://www.amazon.co.uk/Selected-Letters-James-Richard-Ellmann/dp/0571107346
For some reason this now looks to be out of print, but I bet you can find a this copy somewhere, it's beautiful, the print is lovely, I really enjoyed reading this version:

If your library has it, there is a Great Courses chapter by chapter lecture series that I found helpful to listen use in conjunction with reading it through.

I like the Viking Critical Library edition.
Umm, there's a brief section of that name here. You can also listen to all his audio lectures on Spotify or iTunes. You might try
II.1.7 - Thomas Mann and James Joyce
II.2.4 - Mythology in the Modern Age
There's plenty of others, although I'm not seeing track with that specific name at the moment.
It's plentiful enough in UK
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Ulysses-James-Joyce/dp/1847492398/
ISBN-10: 1847492398
ISBN-13: 978-1847492395
But expensive in US Amazon
ABE Books at this moment has a ~$20US copy including shipping from UK, but other copies are ~$50US.
