You probably haven’t worked your tendons like this before. Muscles heal quickly compared to tendons. Maintaining a contracted muscle while someone pulls and shifts explosively is quite damaging to the tendons. You end up getting inflammation and scar tissue build up which leads to what can only be described as deep rooted evil pain. Try using a StrongTek forearm trigger point massage roller or massage gun up and down the bicep tendons and shoulders. It will help.

Dogs can be choked out, too. That said, my dog may not have the luxury of that much time so, since I also practice FMA, the GS might end up with a knife in a carotid.
On a side note, while it doesn’t specifically address saving a small dog from a big dog attack, you may find this of interest: https://www.amazon.com/Self-Defense-Against-Attack-Loren-Christensen-ebook/dp/B018PUX2DS/ref=mp_s_a_1_32?dchild=1&qid=1626921562&refinements=p_lbr_one_browse-bin%3ALoren+W.+Christensen&s=books&sr=1-32
Most people don't. That said, if you really must, Shock Doctor has an "AirCore" soft cup that fits in their compression shorts. See here:
One word fellas BIDET! This will improve your day to day lives, but make rolling so much better. If you don’t have an active day job, but still took a shit you’re gonna wreak at class. Bidets will clean your ass but not make you shower. 25 bucks and takes 5 minutes to instal. When I tell you, don’t even think about this purchase, don’t. I’d sacrifice a couple meals to afford a bidet if I had to.
For teaching, I want two 18" dolls with accurate joints, and some kind of pedestal that can hold them in mid-air. Kind of like these drawing models, but with joints that only turn correctly.

And for learning, I want instructionals where people add some effects for clarity, like this judo guy.
Amazon is always pretty good, surfing rashguards work quite well and I like them. HUGE SPORTS is a brand that I've had a lot of satisfaction with.
An example- https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09H6Y3C3X/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I wear one when rolling. For those who find them bulky or uncomfortable, I have the shock doctor "trash talker," which is very comfortable, and you can talk pretty clearly in it (hence the name).
My favourite headgear, if you can find them somewhere, https://www.amazon.com/Venum-Kontact-Guard-Black-Medium/dp/B00R0ZD06E/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8
Take out what you can, maybe tape them up as well so they don't get ripped out in case the headgear moves or comes off. And no harm in wearing a mouthguard
Got it on Amazon, worn it a couple times now, it does get hot and muffled sound a bit but definitely worth it.
Yes! I have been training with braces for about 4-5 years. I dropped the mouth guard cuz sometimes I need that small amount of room to breath when getting choked, I’ve busted my lips more times than I can count but now my gums have actually became tougher from all the times they got cut open and now when I get hit they don’t even bleed. I’d recommend, if you get a mouth guard, to get the braces lip protector https://www.amazon.com/COMFORT-LIP-SHIELD-MOUTH-GUARD/dp/B00H2S7TC0 they slide right over the braces. I used to use them before I just said fuck it and accepted the busted lips.

I would almost guarantee that this will take it off. You will need to spray it on and wipe it off almost immediately though. Do not let it sit on the mat for very long.

I went through a few name brand sparring bags and got really annoyed when none of them would hold a full set of muay thai sparring gear and one gi and a belt. This bag holds all that easily without too much tetris.
My game is all about pressure from side control and mount. This works well to cover between training and a good barrier under tape for sessions. Waterproof Adhesive Bandage... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08Y5VCG9K?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share Don’t forget the alcohol to sterilize first! Good luck
I usually have one of these energy gels about 15 minutes before class. I really can't eat inside of 2 hours before class, so these really help. Chia energy gels

This is a good one too. A4 should fit perfect. Don’t forget a mouth guard and Defense anti-fungal soap to afterward. I got wicked athlete’s foot on the mat before.

I use this one it says heat gear but for me it works the other way I’m always cold in it but it has good vents around the armpits I recommend trying it out at dicks before because the sizing is off if yuh like a tight fit https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00KHTNMUY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_Mox0Db2W8N4N0
