I know those lures (CoolCyberCats on Amazon?)! I just bought a bunch for Christmas for the cats. They're marinating in catnip now, I use an old Tupperware container to do this, no need to buy a specialty contraption.

The wand with the string and fishing lure attachment (if anyone else wants this setup) is "Da Bird" and available at PetCo (or on Amazon) for around $10. The "mouse" lures are from various vendors on Amazon and are made with various types of real fur that drives them batty.

Another lure that really works is very similar to a fly fishing lure, but it's very small and you cannot let them chew on it for long or it's gone.

Not the same app as in the video, but a similar one on Android. My cat used to play like this kitten with this app, and I still have it in case I ever get another tablet. (Haven't had a tablet since my old Note 8 tablet kicked it.)
