Sorry to be the bearer or bad news, but it's not been redrawn at all. The dvd's you likely bought are just a reprint from 2008.
Video you linked is made of clips from the pachinko game: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hx_zDqmsBcQ all of which are included on the Blu-ray version of the DVDs you bought.

All it takes is one good song of Rock'n'Roll...
Had a rough week so I decided to just pour my everything into making another bigger piece of my dude my guy my favourite space kid. This was really therapeutic, except the part where I was still trying to figure out what the hell his hair is doing. Hope ya like!
Cheers!
For anyone that for whatever reason wants to actually buy this on DVD, but doesn't want to click on a referral link from an 8 day old account with literally no other posts but this one that's just linking to a Twitter account that only tweets out Amazon referral links, here's what it was linking to (without all the shady bullshit).
https://www.amazon.com/Macross-Plus-Vol-Shoji-Kawamori/dp/B00000JL4O/
edit: OP deleted their account. They only posted this to get you to click on the Amazon referral link so they can set their cookie and get a percentage of whatever you buy off Amazon today (and not just the linked item).
Gundam marker: specifically the finer-tipped ones that are meant for panel lining: Relatively easy to use, the excess can be cleaned up with rubbing alcohol on a cotton swab (they're alcohol-based).
You can also use pencil lead, but that won't last very long with any handling.
Panel liner paint: This is meant for plastic models, it's extremely diluted enamel paint. Enough so that if you dab it into a seam, it'll spread out along the seam on its own from capillary action. More surface-durable and will get into smaller details more easily than the Gundam marker will. You'll need enamel thinner to clean it up, though.
Avoiding an absolute nasty mess: Practice. If you have toys or old model kits that you don't care about anymore, they would be good for testing this out on.
Says 日本語・英語字幕付(ON・OFF可能) for this on Amazon Japan, which means there's Japanese and English subtitles, but it also says it for the main content only....
I don't think we can verify this, but my assumption would be that anywhere you'd expect to have Japanese subtitles, you'll also have English.
Not necessarily, there's no shortage of Macross Plus DVDs. If you're following up on another thread from today, this is what I was referring to. Normal edition BDs of Macross Plus contained English subs, and the one that did is HTF/OOP/etc.
Japan has blu rays now. Wont be cheap, but worth it i think. Amazon jp
I found a Playstation 3 The Best version of Macross 30, kinda there version of greatest hits I suppose on amazon with one copy left for $47.72 at the time of this posting. https://www.amazon.com/Macross-Voice-that-Connects-Galaxy-PlayStation3-Best/dp/B00MHKHASQ/ref=sr_1_2?keywords=macross+30&qid=1573260842&s=videogames&sr=1-2
Sorry to butt in, but knowing Amazon and their issues with some products :
Are products like the one linked above fake or secretly not actually stocked? I'm looking into beginning a collection myself and was surprised (and a bit suspicious) of finding nearly decade old (according to the wiki) model kits for such reasonable prices.
They sell used/pre-owned stuff. So they get more as people sell them.
You'd need to check every so often and see what's showed up additionally.
For Hikaru 1S, try Amazon Japan (needs a new account, does have international shipping on many items). Price for international purchases will be a bit lower, as tax is removed.
It's available on Amazon Prime subbed and is also complete on YouTube subbed, If you're looking for the dub, I don't believe its anywhere legally streaming. I had a friend send it to me encoded on MEGA.
It's a 1/100 scale Toynami "not a toy." Technically, it's a Robotech Veritech, but judging that Toynami also sold the exact same toy as a Milia Valkyrie without the FAST Pack for more, I figured close enough.
If you're in the Los Angeles area, you can expect to see a whole of toys at the Super Dimension Convention next month.
I just bought one of these. Haven't built it yet, but it comes with both stickers and water slide decals.
you don't have to be rich to buy this album, yo. just save up bit by bit. it may be difficult for some, but it's not impossible. no amount of excuse can be made for not getting this legitimately. http://www.cdjapan.co.jp/feature/macross_delta_all https://www.amazon.com/Walkure-Attack/dp/B01FOLH1YM
