Turns out they're actually $14.99 for two. I'm not sure if you can get them sent to medellin but at least it gives you an idea of you want to get. So far the one I brought seems pretty good but I'm sure they drain batteries fast based on how powerful it is. But it's not for general use so shouldn't be a big problem.
