Tune Up will automatically fix all of your tags, but I don't know how well it does with the genres. Going song by song would probably work the best. iTunes, and I'm sure a lot of other programs, will let you modify tags on multiple tracks at once. A lot of people seem to like Winamp, but I've never really used it so I don't know if it would work for what you're wanting to do.
