That's the flickering I mentioned and it's really obvious on the main screen, especially with the side-bar open. If you mouse over the different roles, a random set of roles become brighter as if the mouse was over them simultaneously. Any extra mouse movement, even slight and even if it remains within the same role-selection box, causes additional flickering. All other screen elements flicker as if they have temporarily disappeared, and sometimes the background flickers to darker black. Sometimes instead of flickering, everything goes black and disappears except for and random selection of role-selection squares. The same happens when mousing over active elements in the sidebar, when rolling for attributes, and within the game/map screen.

There is also tearing. If you scroll the map very fast, some grid areas aren't completely redrawn and the slivers of the original textures show through. A little bit like a gauche photoshop/gimp texture brush.
I'm on Discord as SaintD now. :)
Re: Zones - My best idea so far is not to move the screen until the character takes a second step into the zone. Third in Soko and Minetown.
Re: SEO - I'm not a great expert, but I know a little. Adding elevator pitches and more verbose "what is is" to the Invention Readme and blog-post(s) will let Google know what Invention means in this context. Links from you app store entries for Pathos saying "Made with Invention" Will help. Get listed here: https://alternativeto.net/list/5798/games-engines-that-use-c-
Write a detailed blog post comparing and contrasting Invention to Unity/Godot/etc. Talk up cross platform and use the words iOS, Windows, and Android a lot. Invention is for C# developers who want a clean, minimalistic GUI that is code first and cross compiles. Everything you need, no XAML editing! No visual editor that locks you into coding it's way (I'm looking at you Unity, Godot, Wave and Duality).
RE: Project.sln I got mine working and have a basic UI up. Experimenting with the panels now. For the blank app I would want the minimal Hello World. As useful as looking at Spellunk would be, I hate having to rip the guts out to put my own stuff in. I'm also picky and elitist about my programming metaphors and style. :)
RE: vscode - I program C# (netcore) in it all the time. If you rely heavily on Resharper it's a little lacking, but it's clean and FAST.
RE: Links - There are no links on my sidebar. is RES eating them?
I'll ask some Invention specific questions on the Discord.
