Thank you and you're right I'm not really being clingy to the doctor over my problems and don't put any pressure in them and just accept it for what it is which is wrong. I'll be sure to be prepared next time I meet my surgeon .but I'm sure she's just gonna say the wound is gonna get bacteria resistant and not give it to me as her only excuse but I'll still try. Bye I found this cushion that had too.much good reviews idk if they are fake or not. https://www.amazon.ca/HUISILK-Coussin-chaise-bureau-voiture/dp/B08B3LMHCV/ref=m_pd_aw_vtp_sccl_20/146-7760300-9362462?pd_rd_w=t9IGP&content-id=amzn1.sym.f3c81f24-22ba-4aba-a923-e4b2ef9d8545&pf_rd_p=f3c81f24-22ba-4aba-a923-e4b2ef9d8545&.... Should I buy this ?
By the one you bought was it this one https://www.amazon.ca/Everlasting-Comfort-Coussin-mousse-m%C3%A9moire/dp/B01EBDV9BU/ref=mp_s_a_1_1_sspa?crid=15NAZNBDRXGM1&keywords=coccyx+pillow&qid=1659331128&sprefix=coccyx+pillow%2Caps%2C233&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5j...?
That's actually the best.pillow on amazon currently but costs double the amount of the pillow I linked previously. I also went to see it's reviews and it were tall great and some said it's really bad and a waste of money. Every pillow review under 30 dollars has negativity I'm really stressed in which one truly is the right one for me been months I didn't buy because of this reason
Hiya. How's your tear doing? Does yours bleed any? Like during a bowel movement? Mine does :(
I was told to keep gauze tucked back there at all times and to apply this cream twice a day. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0006UONNY
The one for your legs could be just substituted with pillow, no? I have three of these coccyx cushions: one for my car, for my chair at home, and one for the office. I've been using them for about a year and they've held up in terms of quality.

You're in good hands then. He's one of the top. The recovery for me has been painless so far, it's a cakewalk compared to the open wound surgery I had. For about 4-6 weeks you're gonna want to take it easy. He's prolly going to tell you try not to do any bending over for the first week or two (so I bought two of these https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08MWRYZML). I typically lay on my sides with a pillow between my legs. I work from home and use a standing desk, but I took two weeks off just to lay up to give my body a more maximum amount of time to recover. My doctor told me I could start sitting now, but I've developed a small rip in the middle of my incision so I probably won't sit for a very long time. I didn't sit for 2.5 months when I have the open wound surgery so it doesn't bother me too much. I eat a high protein diet with lots of fiber and multivitamins. Just generally try to eat healthy and stay well-nourished. I'm still taking stool softeners everyday and use flushable wipes instead of regular toilet paper. All in all this has been a breeze and I'm sure you'll have a quick and excellent recovery with Dr. Sternberg.

try packing your wound with this, it helped heal my wound after it reopened. i never could heal all the way though because my incision was so close to the anus and the disease came back and i just ended up getting a cleft lift. but i noticed amazing results with hydrofera blue
These oxypads I brought with me on my honeymoon and constantly cleaned the area. I swear by them. You need to keep wiping, sanitizing, cleaning the area to prevent it from acting up constantly. I'm sorry you're in this pain during ur honeymoon. I haven't poked a hole in mine but if it doesnt burst on its own, and there is a hole, make sure to put hydrogen peroxide inside. I'm sure they sell it in pharmacies in other countries. my husband pours it inside when it drains - or you can soak hydrogen peroxide in a paper towel and leave it in the area to soak the bacteria and stuff.
Get oxypad maximum strength face wipes. when the wound has healed externally use it and make sure to always wipe the area as many times throughout the day as you can. esp after exercise or using the restroom. It has significantly decreased the # of times it has returned for me. Saw a youtube vid on it this guy used this method and has changed my life.
You can try a sitz bath. That way you get to use it without all the hassle of a tub.
