I’ve been trying to do something similar. I’m trying to get Base, Jungle, Fossil, Team Rocket, Gym Heroes and Gym Challenge into one binder. I’m also trying to stay away from rings, which makes it harder.
For a 9 card per page binder, this is the closest I’ve found. You would have to do a bit of math, but it might be just big enough. It’s got space for 504 cards.
If you don’t mind at 16 cards per page binder instead of 9 cards per page, this one will definitely have room.

Seriously though, if you have a local game store, they've got them. Probably with unique designs or Pokemon themed art. Try to support local with this stuff whenever possible, as game stores are hurting a lot more than Jeff Bezos rn.
Oh thanks! Always looking to add to it 😁

Uh I think mine were the medium, I think large would probably hold the slabs a bit better. They can easily top over if you're rough with them haha.
So I put the card into a penny sleeve before putting it into the hard plastic sleeve thingymebob? Will these sleeves suffice as the penny sleeves?
The shadowless pika, ninetales, machamp, poliwrath and zapdos for sure. Followed by any excellent looking 1st ed holos.
After that, whichever cards have the least whitening, best centering, roundest corners and surfaces that look best under this thing (these make sorting through grading piles so much easier).
Pretty much any minty (i.e. would score an 8+) vintage holo is worth grading, but I personally would only grade the cream of the crop and keep the rest in a binder.
I was very skeptical before buying for my first time but the one I purchased from Amazon was 100% legit and arrived in 3-4 days! The seller I purchased from was “AlternativeWays” Here’s the link Pokemon Card Game Sword & Shield High Class Pack VMAX Climax Box https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09G9YFHS7/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_PHPDZ9W7F8N83MRYQCBB?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Good luck!
I wanna try this one out.
It’s solid! I wish it were bigger, but my office wouldn’t allow it anyway.

Non glossy, super affordable, ‘perfect fit’ so you can still keep them in a binder, along with all the basics like acid/PVC free.
KMC is a popular brand you can find everywhere if you’re not an Amazon fan
First pic has the promos and EX. Ik the top card is/was around $90 in Japan market. Other than these I hav some random cards which I could dig in deeper if anyone’s interested. About 600 cards in total although I need to count for accurate number.
Edit: have cards from this pack as well: https://www.amazon.co.jp/%E3%83%9D%E3%82%B1%E3%83%A2%E3%83%B3-Pokemon-%E3%83%9D%E3%82%B1%E3%83%A2%E3%83%B3%E3%82%AB%E3%83%BC%E3%83%89%E3%82%B2%E3%83%BC%E3%83%A0DPt-%E5%AF%BE%E6%88%A6%E3%82%B9%E3%82%BF%E3%83%BC%E3%82%BF%E3%83%BC%E3%83%91%E3%83%83%E...

My most favorite so far.
Plaza Japan.
Amazon (surprisingly). Just check and photo your seals.
Bought from these links. You can't verify weight (which is clutch on japanese packs) per box before buying, but the packs are sealed and legit.
Here are some links.
Voltecker (Please tell me that this is called "Voltecker" because the Japanese were saying Volt Tackle and there was a misunderstanding).
This is MY DUDE on eBay. He's got a full time job, but he still gets the orders out. I can confirm this week, but I'm getting a sealed booster case of shiny star V from him. Ice been happy with his stuff.
"sub_f_sone" on eBay.
Seals should be lined up on the sides. Plastic is not too thick, not too thin. If you buy 2 or 3 of these boxes, you'll be able to tell which is legit. Just take lots of photos of the seals and make sure the ones in the future are legit.
Best to find the sellers doing lots of volume. They don't have time to rip you off, they're too busy. Especially with the pokemon FOMO going on lately.
So I found this for booster boxes at least. I’m still looking for ETBs or other products.

I put them in this first

I I remember correctly I got them at Hobby Lobby. Also you can get them on amazon for 0.99$ https://www.amazon.com/Ultra-Pro-Screwdown-Recessed-Packaging/dp/B000NZ16G4/ref=mp_s_a_1_9?keywords=trading+card+case&qid=1566236180&s=gateway&sr=8-9
If you mean to keep something gem mint (high end holos), I'd use a penny sleeve like these https://www.amazon.com/Pro-Support-Trading-Sleeves-Gathering/dp/B07CVRB5ZL/ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=penny+sleeve&qid=1602542742&sr=8-3
They are slightly looser than kmc perfect fits, but still nice and slim. Makes it easier to slide the card in.
Then, place them into card savers, so you can submit those to the grading companies. Card savers are hard to come by right now due to the grading boom. Toploaders are probably the next easiest relatively easy option. I'd avoid screw top cases or magnetic cases due to how easily you can accidentally damage the card.
For bulk, id probably just penny sleeve them if you want to keep them in good shape. If its modern bulk though, there's a good chance the penny sleeve might be worth more than the card, but if its your own personal collection, sometimes thats what matters most is keeping the cards nice.
The trainers toolkit was a set released recently and is really good value for the trainers and some useful pokemon to get decks up and running. I'f I were just starting to play I'd buy me one of those. https://www.amazon.com/Pokemon-TCG-Trainers-Toolkit-Box/dp/B087MXZ6YT
I love these cases honestly (keep in mind this price is for 25 cases) and you might could find them cheaper https://www.amazon.com/Ultra-Pro-inch-4-Screw-Screwdown-Quantity/dp/B001OOR5YA/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=trading+card+screw+down+case&qid=1599382013&sprefix=trading+card+screw+&sr=8-3
Great collection. Highly recommend putting these in a side load binder without rings. Something like this Rings like the ones in your binder can cause damage/dents
One cool way I’ve seen people do it is in a frame, you can get them at some art stores or on Amazon (MCS 16x20 Inch Collector Card Wall Display, Holds 20 Sports Cards, Black (52894) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B005IHVQF8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_N9gtFb67M49ZT)
Use penny sleeves and put them into top loaders if you really want them to be protected.
