If the teacher is worth their salt they should do "gonoodle" motion breaks. Or just motion breaks in general to address young children's needs.

Maybe try singing a song walking down the hall, something interactive or like call and response maybe? It has worked with slightly older children in my experience, but not sure about the under 2's. Can you take those circular plastic?/rubber? spot things outside with you? Throw them down where you want them to sit/stand starting out before the go to play, and tell everyone to find a spot?
