So there seems to be some confusion. While the sign does have a giant ** NO!** in rainbow colors at the top, the rest of it says

So, A very quick witted gay person's anti fascist sign?

It was made of plastic corrugated signboard(amazon link to blank ones) Most local printers can produce signs for you for less than the amazon price for the blanks.

And it seems to be a design from refusefascism.org as that's the top hit I get on the phrase, they have plenty of designs on their site.

That's all I have been able to dig up, I probably should have put all that in the title but I didn't think of it till now.

Oh, one other thing. IMHO, we should ALWAYS say Anti Fascist instead of antifash and ALWAYS make them personally defend fascism when they bash Anti Fascists.
