Multivitamins are crucial. Damn near every human needs to be taking them. Frankly because during our ancestral time period not exactly sure when we would cook on the fire. Because of that a lot of the vitamins and nutrients would be lost in our food. Our pee should be yellow but most of ours is white. That means your lacking in nutrients. You can eat the perfect diet and still lack the nutrients. I take non-GMO whole food multi-vitamins made with fruits and vegetables. 4 a day 2 in between each meal.

The SR will likely help.
You definitely don't need expensive treatment to resolve something like this. Get some mother-of-pearl cream. It costs like six bucks.
I had a big scar on my forehead, 16 stitches after a bus accident. Now people don't even notice it unless I point it out. I can show you the pictures if you're curious. In any case, it takes 3 months of application for a fresh scar, 6 months for an old scar. I recommend it very highly.
I'm reasonably certain that most Wiccans would disagree with that assessment. So would the ancient Greeks and Romans. I don't know about $cientology, I don't know about Voodoo, Satanism, or Zoroastrianism, and I'm not sure about the thousands of religions neither of us have even heard of. As Pascal Boyer said in "Religion Explained", it is terribly hard to find anything that is truly universal to all of them.
That said, it is likely true that most religions try to regulate sexuality. It's a convenient tool of power and control.
However, declaring masturbation a sin, is not the same as the belief in a "special life force" in semen. Many Christians would outright reject the notion. The European mainstream has not held that belief, ever, I daresay. This notion specifically is the core of the semenretention ideology. I maintain that it came from ancient Hinduism to the Victorians, and thence onto the modern semenretention "movement".
Well said!
As for sexual energy being “non-existent” in Christianity, I’d modify that to say that if you read between the lines and dig around a bit, it is touched upon. “When your cup spillith over” is one such reference. “Father, son and Holy Ghost” is another such reference - Father is God/ultimate consciousness/Atman, Son is your individual consciousness, Holy Ghost is kundalini, etc. But yes, you won’t find anyone talking about this in your Sunday church. I’m not sure how much this topic is covered in The Second Coming of Christ: The Resurrection of the Christ Within You, but it is a thorough, deep-dive on the Christian Bible through a yogic lens.

Thanks my friend! It's called Karma Sannyasa, but the majority of the book is not info like this. Not saying it isn't worth your time but look into karma yoga before you dive in on the purchase.
