I’ve had these for a couple years now and just had to get my own 3M car mounting tape as I didn’t trust the tape already installed. as with any pre-installed tape it may be cheap. These have metal clips as well.

Nice ride my guy..Just start by changing your own oil and go from there. There are plenty of YouTube videos. Make sure you are confident jacking your car and being safe. Vinyl wrap it. There are many chrome delete vinyls kits that you can buy and it’s really easy. If ur not too sure what to do, just watch a video tutorial video and/or have someone who can do it better help you. It's bright even in the day, and you can tuck the cord in the side panel. I did buy two because the first was off by 2 MPH. It's in the reviews too, but Amazon is so quick and easy with returns I just switched it out.

There's another one that speed culture Studios recommends as an alternative but this is the one that he uses in his custom cat back. I've also heard people having good luck with Vivid resonators. They are really important for our engines to reduce drone and rasp.

Speed Culture Studios suggested it, and I feel like just for the trim around the windows it would be relative easy , but of course for bigger trim like the trunk, grill etc, Ill buy actual gloss black pieces

I popped off the panel in the center console by drivers right leg. Plugged the usb cable in compartment and ran the cable behind the panel. It comes out right below the vent to the right of the steering wheel, where this mount is attached to said vent. Took my like 10 minutes. All I have to do is place my phone in mount, it grabs it, and its charging. No visible cables, nothing. Like someone said here, visibility isn't the best but you get used to it and its great.

This one actually hooks around the back of the fin and you twist that big knurled thing and it locks it into place so no more worries of it popping off. However the magnet on this one isn’t as strong. So I ended up swapping the magnet mount on this one with the Spigen one. I have it mounted on the right drivers side vent and so far it has been working great.
Placement may not be great if your using it for gauges, but the combos are great for holding your phone. Do not buy the small round ones, the magnets will not hold the phone. I’m also using the metal plate that came with it and the case I use is the Spigen thin fit which has a little pocket in it for the metal plate.

The struts are hard to compress and a bit fiddly to install. I tried the suggestions on Amazon about loosening some of the bolts to give it the extra play needed for install... No dice. I found the easiest way was to slip off the rubber bump stops that are on the back side of the hinges. Gives hinge just enough flex to fit the new strut. I recommend only doing one side at a time, and mounting the bottom pressure fitting first. This puts you in good position to align the top fitting with the hyper extended trunk.
After install, there will be a noticeable improvement in trunk lid's ability to hold its own weight. It will take more force to close, which takes a little getting used to if your struts have been really bad. The struts may make slight noise or seem not completely smooth at first; this goes away quickly. Overall, I found it to be a very worthwhile upgrade. Apparently, the slamming trunk can lead to some slight chipping of the paint where it meets the tail light. A few people have had rust issues caused by this damage, so not only is it a nice 'ease of use' improvement but it may save you from having other issues.
