IIRC they had the oldest first few as well as the newest volumes reprinted when Railgun T was airing in 2020, unfortunately it didn't extend to the volumes in the middle.
If you really want physical, there's only really the resale market to turn to. Do note that Vol 7 (with the sweet ending of the Sisters Arc, goddammit) currently goes for a market value of at least $100+ (omg how is it $199 now) due to its sheer scarcity & high demand, it's the most notorious victim of this situation.
I personally don't collect the hardcopies, so I'm just going off anecdotal info others have shared here lol. If you are very patient and keep a look out, you can collect everything eventually at a decent price that isn't $100 on a single manga volume. It's just pretty hard at the moment when the anime had ended years back with no announcement of a new season yet to boost up sales (& therefore get those printing presses moving) again.
