These are in my opinion the best thing that you are looking for. Pretty heavy duty compared to the more expensive smaller ones out there. Plus you can hook up music from your phone. Just don’t let your supervisors know about that. https://www.amazon.com/3M-WorkTunes-Protector-Bluetooth-Technology/dp/B0723CYHPZ/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=3m+worktunes+bluetooth&qid=1600287805&sprefix=3m+wor&sr=8-3

I've been wearing different boots for years. I settled on buying $30 Walmart steel toes every 3 months. But these boots will change your life. First, they're composite toes instead of steel. These Wolverine Tarmacs will protect you much better and won't go off through any metal detector, so you can keep them on when going through security. Second, they're waterproof, saving me from much discomfort. The only time you'll feel water get in is when you're in the worst of storms and flood conditions on the ramp. They're also reflective which is just cool. They're a little heavy but it's not too bad and they have lasted more than a year of full time use.
Most companies supply cheap knee pads but since I’ve been at southwest a good handful of us all went out and bought better knee pads. I’m using tough built gel with a replaceable gel knee pad or just a replaceable rocker. I’m 6 months using them and they are still very supportive and my knees don’t hurt at all!
