You want one like this - I asked RT support and this is what they told me to use. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07MKRKW58/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

DO NOT use the wire brush - I have a 700 and my grates are still in premo condition using this after almost 2 years.
I bought this one on amazon for my 700. Works really well and I don't have anything to complain about.
On the Rectecq Facebook page a lot of people bought this. I have the Rectecq brand and will say it looks good but can be hard to take off and on. You have to be careful it rips easily

Connector Fitting (Amazon)
GasOne Regulator 0-30PSI (Amazon)
I don't know if there's another name for that connector fitting but it was more easily found when referred to since Blackstone grills use it. Someone on a FB group said that a replacement regulator + hose combo were available at Walmart. I thought I'd try these parts to go variable for more extreme temperature changes (Hopefully Wok Burner to Stove).
I just did this last night though, so cooking tests are still pending. You will need to adjust with the air valves as the default full open was too much air and snuffed out the flames when on high. Too little and they'll burn the inefficient orange. Mine are on the opposite side now of where they came default from the factory.
Per the amazon reviews, the "regulator" seems to be more of a valve with pressure gauge. I'm not a gas guy so I dunno. It will show different pressure depending on if the burners are full open or closed. For consistent results, I've been trying to open it to a certain PSI while closed, and then open the valves at the matador.
All this to say "Be Cautious". This burner isn't the jet engine design that I've seen on other wok burners and it was affected by slight breezes. The fiddling with the air intake also makes me less comfortable with anyone just going over and turning it on. For actually cooking, I don't think I'll need more than 5PSI with both burners on full. I tried 10 PSI (with more adjustments), but at that point the flame is as tall as me, and that just seems impractical for cooking. Time to break out the long handled wok and safety gloves!
I have an RT-700. I added a door seal/gasket after my 3rd or 4th cook. Wish I would have done it before burn-in.

Had mine for 2 years now and LOVE it. Use it 3x/week on average. Welcome to the club!
I throw this one on in 30 seconds.

This has worked out great for me, can't compare it to the 590 but it looks thicker and is 1/3 the price!
This is a great solution if you have an out of the way outlet like I do. My outlet is under my deck and a real pain to unplug, this switch is weatherproof and comes with a remote control.

I couldn’t justify it either. This one fits my 590 really well.
