Or just use weight, honestly. So much more accurate, and no guess work. So long as you're not using shit like this.
oh shit...it's def worth every penny of it's $20 listed price. but since it's technically out of print, if whoever is selling it has balls big enough to ask for that, then...? it's frickin hilarious is what it is!
btw , bokk #4 (the best one yet) comes out in november:
I wasn't brand shopping for this item. I think I just got one with a reasonable price and a good ratings. This is the one I have.
I have this one :
https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B08HRLQTTP/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Only issue is if I have LOT's of garlic it takes a bit. Cleaning is easy as well and durable. Low cost as well!
I have one of the Zyliss Susi 3 Garlic Press, it works great,
https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B007D3V00Q/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
But to be honest, as much cooking as I do, I end up getting the smooth and chunky garlic in a tube for small amounts, its just so easy, and good, that and I use enough that it doesn't have time to go bad
I have the Rosle Stainless Steel press. Amazing press for the money.
Sam used the wrong kind of mandoline wavy-cutter for this. The waves aren't deep enough. The correct one to use is the Börner XXL:
Trust me, I went through my own waffle cut fries obsession, and this is the only one that cuts big enough waves.
Complete the set with one of these https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007Y15LD4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
For reference this is what I use. Works great for saving bacon grease too.

I bought the modern Zyliss on Amazon a while back and love it. Works as advertised, and, if you use the rubber cleaning thing, it seriously takes about ten seconds to clean out.
$22 and if you're a Prime member, you get it next day.
2nd this. I have a nice wood grain one. Love it.

I bought this on Amazon and it does all you need. Even has hole for a steel. Looks like it may be out of stock right now though.
It’s OK but what I really like is Magnetic Fridge Spice Jars! Magnetic Fridge Spice Jars
Is it safe to say that this is basically the same knife, https://www.amazon.com/Santoku-Knife-Stainless-Ergonomic-Restaurant/dp/B0865TNBKC/ref=sr_1_5?dchild=1&gclid=CjwKCAjwr56IBhAvEiwA1fuqGoJBjKvqeZejdcr_6CFfaz16EENptPFrD8r_XP8X1sxneXWtVt4imRoC76EQAvD_BwE&hvadid=459605498306&hvdev=c&hvlocphy=9012091&hvnetw=g&hvqmt=b&hvrand=14886480875901260392&hvtargid=kwd-848047056139&hydadcr=26046_11408496&keywords=santoku+7-inch+chef%27s+knife&qid=1627932647&sr=8-5
He uses the Lacor spatula a lot but not sure i want to drop $59 for a spatula.
It has a slightly more aggressive flavor than normal mayo. When tasted on it's own, you can definitely tell the difference, but I can't really tell the difference once I add all the other sandwich ingredients.
Personally, I will save my money for Colman's mustard. That is easily worth the extra price. Or plenty of other places to spend more money before Kewpie.
That said, if you want to try it, you can get it from Amazon for $0.01 less than the store in the OP.
Definitely.
FWIW, if you like it as much as I do, I bought a 6 pack from Amazon. It brings the price down to a pretty reasonable $2.38 per bottle.
I bought these on amazon on Wednesday and they were delivered yesterday. I think they are the same ones he used. And the come in a nice little case!
