If you struggle with proportions, especially in anatomy and face traits, maybe this book will help. It's a bit of patience and study, but it might give you a boost. It really helped me. I for one still study from it. :) good luck

your style is very exaggerated(its not a bad thing!). But if you don't mind, I would recommend doing some face studies, specifically based off the book (Drawing the Head and Hands) by Andrew Loomis. If you study the characteristics and practice realistic faces, it will become much easier to draw the head and its features(realistic or exaggerated).
