Those breathe right strips are crap they work for very few people. The first thing is your partner needs to see a doctor. He could have apnea and that could be life threatening and if so he could get a cpap and that could help. Does he understand what an issue it is for you? Download the snorelab app and use it . Make sure he can hear himself snoring. If he is snoring from his mouth, he needs a mouth guard which will hold his mouth open. You can get them online or at the drug store. He’s going to complain but so be it. He should not sleep on his back. Get an old t shirt with a pocket, have him wear it backwards sew a tennis ball in it and when he rolls onto his back it will force him on his side. For nasal snoring you can try the theervant strips or nose spray. I have tried every earplug there is even custom made and I find that the silicon based ones are the best. The only downside is they get suck in your hair. If you have that use some hair oil or Vaseline to get them out. When you use them make sure that you push them in until you create a seal. Pick a sound and push them until you can no longer hear it. If you use an alarm you are not going to hear it, wear an Apple Watch or something that vibrates to wake you. The ones I am going to link to work too if you have small ears. I also still use a noise machine with white noise, or you could use a fan. Mine still snores even with all of this but it’s quieter. He does not have apnea. He used to snore so much it was a vibration. You can also sleep head to foot. Or ask him to sleep in another room. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0842QWK1F/ref=ppx\_yo\_dt\_b\_search\_asin\_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Honestly this is more your SOs problem than yours. If he is snoring that loudly it could be indicative of a medical problem such as sleep apnea. Is he or she concerned about it? They need to get to a doctor for a sleep study ASAP. In the meantime download the app snorelab and I would suggest you let them hear it maybe record them snoring and have that play next to them for a night and ask that they sleep next to it so they can understand how bad it is. For them if the snoring is coming from the mouth I would recommend a mouth guard that will open the airway. You can try pillows or wedges or breath right strip none of those worked for us, nor did sleep number beds and mine does n ot have apnea and refuses to get a cpap. Even with a mouth guard, a theravent strip on his nose (which they no longer make) a fan, a noise machine, some over the counter sleep meds for me. him not sleeping on his back, a fan and me wearing silicon ear plugs he still snores just not as bad. Without it you can hear him snoring three floors down and it literally shakes the bed. I have tried every ear plug out there including custom made. I am a side sleeper with small ears. These are good because they squish in the ears. They will catch in your hair but it’s a small price to pay.. I still don’t sleep well though. Often times for whatever reason the snorer refuses to acknowledge the issue and the snoring effects the bed partner a lot more than it does the snorer. Good luck. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08L893D15/ref=ppx\_yo\_dt\_b\_search\_asin\_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I also have tiny ears so ear buds hurt me too as do almost all ear plugs and they fall out of my ears. That’s why the silicone ones work you can squish them in and if you don’t like silence not as far. But I think the headband thing might work for you. I wear it on planes a lot here are the earplugs I use if you decide to go that route. And below is the headband but with the headband there are tons. For me though even with the white noise it did not block out my husbands snoring it’s just too loud. And because with the headband it’s not right in your ear it’s not as direct. And sometimes it did hurt if I laid on it too long. But they are cheap enough to give it a shot. Him treating the snoring is best. It’s bad got his overall health too. Good luck.

This was link on German Amazon though I imagine they would be wherever you are too. They have mixed reviews but my experience has been pretty positive. I use the medium size. I find them most helpful when I sleep with my pillow propped up. I hope these help lead to a better sleep experience for you and your partner!

I use it, because it's the only one I found that - although ad supported - is not limited behind paywalls.
And it provides decent stats on snoring, and overall sleep quality.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08D9H74KR/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 But you can just search amazon for pillow with hole there are quite a few options. This one had the best reviews when I purchased it awhile back.
Never used SnoreLab, so don't know how it is.
But I have been using "Sleep Tracker - Sleep recorder" for a few weeks now, and it is quite decent.
It is the only such app I ever used, so can't compare it with anything else.

My girlfriend got me a book from Amazon that I'm following the guidelines. You can also take the exercise. How to stop snoring immediately
have you tired silicoln earplugs like these: https://www.amazon.com/Macks-Pillow-Soft-Silicone-Earplugs/dp/B003LZQGN6/ref=sr_1_5?crid=HSPD3XOEM143&keywords=silicone+ear+plugs&qid=1648756323&sprefix=silicon+earplugs%2Caps%2C86&sr=8-5
you can find them practically anywhere and really help cut out the noise. Otherwise, sleep in separate rooms? Or if you're really desperate get a sleep app that records snores to know how loud he's actually snoring, showing it to him might help him decide to get help.
A few things:
My partner found these earplugs to be very comfortable versus standard plug ones
I use these nose strips and they help
Have him download the Snore Lab app and run it for a few nights (while you sleep in another room 😁) so he can see the data and hear it himself.
We got this and put it in our bed in between us. It has helped a bunch
I like these because I also use an eye mask when I sleep: Sleep Headphones, 3D Sleep Mask Bluetooth Wireless Music Eye Mask, LC-dolida Sleeping Headphones for Side Sleepers Sleep Mask with Bluetooth Headphones Ultra-Thin Stereo Speakers Gift for Men Women https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B07T6FNLQV/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_dl_TSZGQ4YTZ46THJD57R7X

My husband is in your boat. I don't recall him complaining about my snoring in our early years and he said I didn't but it's been bad the last 7 years, I gained about 45 pounds since we started dating. I haven't done a sleep study because I wanted to get to a healthy weight. He says I've almost stopped but last night was pretty bad. On those bad nights he uses ear plugs, which someone else in this sub recommended a while back and he says they're the best ones he's ever used and highly recommends them. Acousdea Ear Plugs
Dang, sorry to Hera that you're having such issues with his snoring. Super interesting that a flatter pillow helped him (despite him not wanting to use one, haha) and maybe that's the next thing I'll have to try.
My partner purchased some funny wax/moldable earplugs on Amazon that seem to work decently at blocking out my snoring for them. Here's a link to the ones I'm talking about. My partner says they're a little bit uncomfortable so they usually just wear one to bed and put that ear up if I'm snoring loudly. Could be a solution you could try before exploring separate bedrooms and maybe you'll find these more comfy than my partner does.
So my husband and I have had this going on for three years now, I feel your pain, I was getting so sleep deprived I was having memory loss, and becoming delirious And resentful of him. Has your husband had a sleep study? If he has not had a sleep study you cannot know for sure whether he has apnea please do that. They can give you one to do at home first, our family doctor did it. Meanwhile Have him download an app called snorelab it costs a few bucks to record. As men age (my hubby is 51) their muscles get lax. It may sound like he is snoring from his nose he may not be. Often when it’s not apnea the case is complex. My hubby has tried every pillow, bed strip spray guard. For awhile a mouth guard with a theravent strip worked, then it stopped. Then he had to slip to antlers dental guard that advanced his mouth further forward. His main problem per the ENT is a very larg uvula (hanging thing in the back of his throat) which vibrates plus a deviates septum he snores from both. He said he could do surgery to remove it and the tonsils but it may not work. . . We just asked for a cpap script. In your case that will stop the snoring so you may want to try it. In my case the best ear plugs I have found (and I have tired them all) are silicon ones you an squish in your ears they work pretty well but they pull your hair If they stick. I have also been using nosie cancelling phones that push pink noise (a fan in your ear) they don’t work that well. Where are the silicon ones. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08L893D15/ref=ppx\_yo\_dt\_b\_search\_asin\_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I have got a husband that snores terribly I have tried every earplug out there and I am going to link the best out there. If you are a side sleeper they work too. The only downside is they do pull out your hair if they get caught so try to keep them away (I a female) . If they get caught don’t pull. Put some oil or vaseline in they will come out. When you put them in they are like playdo, push until they fill your whole ear canal and until you feel a seal. They work well make sure you have an Apple Watch or something that vibrates to wake you up. Get a cheap sound machine or MOVE. It’s horrible I understand believe me. At least you are not in the same bed. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08L893D15/ref=ppx\_yo\_dt\_b\_search\_asin\_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I did try those but they are a bit large for my ears and they don't squish as easily. I found these to be easier for me to use. You don't have to warm them, they feel more like that tacky you use to stick stuff on the walls? They would still come out of my ears at night. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0842QWK1F/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
We got this one. Just be careful to follow the instructions since once you make the mold you cannot change it. We had to buy a second one because one ear didn’t have a tight seal. But it works really great for her
Radians CEP001-R Custom Molded Earplugs (Red) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002XULPSQ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_KS3N29Z816DHDGSXB7FV?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I have really small ear canals and am a side sleeper and I have tried every single ear plug there is to block out my hubby's snoring, even the custom made ones, and these are the best I have found. The foam ones come out of my ears they are too large. The noise cancelling ear buds hurt my ears because I sleep on my side, and I can still hear him. I also can hear him downstairs with the door closed. A silicon based ear plug works for small ears because you can squish it in. It feels like playdough in your ear. Something people do not realize is that your entire ear conducts sound. So if you just put a plug in part of your ear like most ear plugs are you are still going to hear it. These are 21.99 and you get 6 pairs I use one for 6 months. The only downside is you have to watch they don't get caught in your hair. If you need an alarm you won't hear it. I wear my apple watch on my wrist and it vibrates to wake me. Make sure you squish them into your ears though. Find a sound to test it on, I use our ceiling fan. I push them in until I can no longer here it. A few other things: Mouth guards are the best if she is a mouth snorer they are uncomfortable but people do adjust that has been the best for my hubby. He does not have apnea. Generally it is worse for people sleeping on their back. The breathe right strips are crap don't work for him at all, nor do the snore pillows or even the adjustable snore bed. She needs to get tested. I also recommend that you download the free snore lab app and record her. I think often people don't realize how bad or how loud it is. You could record her and then put the snoring next to her ear all night and see how well she sleeps. She needs to see a doctor it can be a major health issue. Good luck. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08L893D15/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I have tried everything and these things are a life saver. They are even better than the custom ones an audiologist made for me. I have very small ears and every other one I have tried fell out. The others did not block out the snoring. I tried the Bose ones too that I wear on the plane the ear bud noise cancelling, I could still hear my husband snoring and as a side sleeper they hurt me. These are silicon and they are soft and they come in a pack. You can reuse them. They squish like play dough but hold the shape better. When you get them push them out into your entire ear area. Push hard and get them into the canal. I use my fan as as guide. I push them into my ear until I no longer hear my fan at all. I actually wear my Apple Watch and have it vibrate as an alarm because I will not hear An alarm. Your entire ear conducts sound. The problem with most earplugs is that they do not cover your whole ear area, and if you sleep on your side you cannot wear headphones. The only downside is that they can get stuck to your hair. I have not solved that. So watch out for that. Try they work. Also you can try sleeping head to foot, that helps too. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08L893D15/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

This is the one I have:
My ex has a similar one that's 7 inches high that helps their acid reflux.
I bought this one and together with switching to my side, my snoring has basically been cured. I think 10 inches will be too tall. Even with this one I find myself sliding down all the time. Good luck https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07PZ8QQ8X/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_E775FbBWY09QY?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
