Printing was done at home, so just the cost of a new black/color ink set (I think $50 for my Canon MG3600), and $17 for these Peel & Stick laminating sheets. I tried looking at the UPS Store and Staples (all we have around here) but the prices were absurd. Oh well, all it took was a little time, and I'm happy with how it came out!
I would love a good way here as well.
I have a custom ship so that is a different issue.
But would love to get a few pre-printed ships made if I could in some way. I was thinking of getting this...and premaking some ships...

Its not pretty, but it would work I think
Yes. The minor helm version was available as a 5th level spell to wizards and 6th level for others. 1 week per caster level.
It was in the 2e book Concordance of Arcane Space https://www.amazon.com/SpellJammer-Adventures-Concordance-Advanced-Dungeons/dp/B001O83F36
Well I need to add the modifications we made in the game, it's not quite a stock ship. So modifications would be okay. Except my deck size, it should be to scale.
For model design inspiration, we have one of these. My 3D printer is also a laser cutter/engraver, but I don't need it to be made from wood, PLA will also do
I'm wondering if I just construct the mapped out deck and leave the unused portions of the ship out of the large model.
The other thing we'd like to do is have some small scale models for the space maps for when our ships are not close enough for boarding. The cardboard cutouts are alright, but minis would be better :)
