You can find it on the Wayback Machine (internet archive site). I'm pretty sure you'll have to go back to about 2017 to find it.

There actually are two other small works in the SP that have been published in anthologies: "Out of Mind" in The Good Fight (free) and "Goon #3" in The Good Fight 2: Villains, which for some reason I can't find on amazon right now (hmm... the Topher Nightshade book was also missing when I tried to find it a week or two ago. I hope more books aren't going to go missing).
Bit late, but have you tried "Oh, Great! I was Reincarnated as a Farmer". The humor felt similar to Drew Hayes's books, and it's a LitRPG like NPC's.
I just finished reading Oh Great! I Was Reincarnated As a Farmer, and it was excellent. Probably a little closer to Drew's Spells, Swords, Stealth series than Super Powereds though (RPG elements instead of supers). But the writing has similar humor, adventure, and randomness.
Codex Alera is great if you can push past the first book. 2-7 are absolutely amazing.
Another Recommendation I have is the D-List Supervillain series. Confessions of a D-List Supervillain, Origins, Secrets, and Rise. https://www.amazon.com/D-List-Supervillain-4-Book-Series/dp/B075719ZQX#:~:text=On%20my%20own%20imprint%2C%20EJB,Suspects%3A%20A%20Clone%20Detective%20Mystery.
We Could Be Villains by Missy Meyer is pretty light-hearted. I haven't listened to the audiobook though.
When it's republished, I would recommend Please Don't Tell My Parents I'm a Supervillain by Richard Roberts, but due to issues with his publishing company it's not too available right now (one of the downsides of traditional publishing as pointed out by one of Drew Hayes blogs on traditional vs indie). He got the rights to his books back, so it shouldn't be too long before they're available again.
