Regarding the stands, I was leaning toward a cheap-ish set of stands from Amazon for this bike, since I don't see myself getting a heavier bike any time soon, as Iaintyella suggested, unless others have had really bad experiences.

I also think I'll go with spools, rather than having worry about padding and so on.

@ killerspacerobot just so I understand, why do you recommend to not use the stock bolts that come with those spools?

You probably will need a bracket.

I just did a quick Google search for that one. Might work…not too expensive…you’ll need bolts and all that obviously.

Otherwise, you could take this as an opportunity to do a tail tidy/fender eliminator.

These should be a good replacement.

Turn signals I used. They blink faster but you can get the Duke 390 led module to slow them if it bothers you. Somewhere in my post history is a video of how fast it blinks.

I saw someone else recommended them on a post here, and for the price they are great. Alot better view than the stock mirrors and they really add to the style.

I use a Puig 9702F winds. See my previous posts for pics. Good fit and makes enough of a difference to be well worth it.

I bought a plug that uses the battery tender plug and converts it to USB to charge my phone. And then I unplug it to connect the battery tender.

I'd recommend a fuel x lite for better fuel ratio.

I used the m.view race mirrors. Expensive but so nice.

A new exhaust. I went with coffman.

I also replaced the blinkers with these.

I went with a cheap cover from Amazon and it works great. I didn't buy OEM because I couldn't find it.

If you plan on long rides I recommend a new seat or seat cushion cover.

Thanks brother! They are super comfy for riding haha. The windscreen is actually from Amazon and is universal. I couldn't find many windscreens that I liked and Puig was too expensive. It definitely doesn't block as much air as Puig, but it's a major improvement! At freeway speeds It keeps the wind off my belly in a normal riding position and keeps the air off my chest when I lay flat of the tank.

Depends on your budget. If you have$400 burning a hole in your pocket, then I would recommend the rizoma corsa turn signals. I used the bolt holes from the tail light turn signal mounts I had to fabricate some spacers, and use some longer bolts, but I happened to have those in stock. It's just a rectangle that I bent to get it at the desired angle and clear the rear wheel. I don't really have photos the the process, but I just fed the wire up through the frame, cut and spliced in one of these and double sided taped it to the aluminum.

I just did it couple days ago. What worked for me is that all you have to to is squeeze bullet connectors a bit to get a snug fit on to the pins. They come with plastic sleeves so + & - wont touch. Then just electrical tape around to secure it and wa la. Used these for 17$ works great. I actually have two different windscreens , both are for the Yamaha MT15 / MT03

Used some brackets to hold them in place and voila ! Windscreen !

Both work very well and are very stable not to mention dirt cheap

The North American bike comes with a relay meant to handle incandescent bulbs. Installing LED lights will cause Hyperflashing no matter what. Some manufactures know this and include capacitors in their products to deal with it. In the case of our bikes it is just a matter of changing the blinker relay. In my case I used this.
