I love this one and it’s very quiet.

If you never want to be able to move it yourself (or not without tools and difficulty) you can use these duckbill ground anchors. If the anchors are under the structure they’ll be out of sight and the cables will be difficult to cut. Install per manufacturers recommendations. There’s different sizes rated for different depths and strengths. You’ll need to hammer these into the ground before you set the house over them. Then attach the cables to the frame. I’ll be using these soon to anchor a shipping container workshop to the ground.
This one is pretty great, it has a mode for sterilizing baby stuff but I haven't used it yet. The thing I like the most is that it has a 5L tank, and so you can actually avoid hooking it up to a faucet by just directly filling it with an included jug, leaving the faucet open for other uses, and then it just drains directly into the sink.
Any reason why you aren't going with a more built-in solution though? You can't really fit pans into these portable dishwashers. All I can fit is some dishes and utensils and cups. There's a raises area for glasses but only short glasses, any taller ones have to take up space on the bottom rack, which takes away from the dish capacity.
