Late answer for you but you might want to try Notion (www.notion.so). I have been exploring options for a while and so far Notion seems best for my purposes in capturing both Tasks and Notes.
I can now make Notion do 99% of everything Toodledo can do plus many, many more things. There is a steep learning curve to get your head around - Notion is not a Todo system, or a GTD system. It's a glorious visual interface into a database. Once you get your head around this aspect, the world opens up.
The only function that Notion doesn't do (yet) is recurring Todo items (but there are workarounds). It also can't import nested parent/child actions, however once you start using its native functions, it has full kanban/trello visualisation for groups of actions.
Definitely worth investigating.
