I'm pretty sure I got it from this, I ended up giving the binder away though. And yes they are tight!
I've been using this app and got some decent results in the butt and thigh area. Be aware though that you might need to do some extra counterbalancing moves (stomach crunches and hip adductors) as well as extra stretching. It might take more than 30 days - I did the bigger butt program second time after a ~7 week hiatus and got better results because I knew how to do the moves properly.
The first program on that app is pretty boring because it is the same moves every day to keep in shape. Since I've been using this for 90 days now I feel like changing to a better (probably paid) app - Watching the same 5 second ad every day is rather dull.
I've also read that yoga and cardio (such as riding a bike) is also very good. I'd guess any good balanced exercise routine to build up the lower body slowly (lots of reps) is the way to go.
