I purchased the Suspension Strap/TRX app from Fitify and it’s worth your consideration. Cross platform customizable. A real bargain! https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.fitifyapps.trx&referrer=utm_source%3Dlanding
Sorry for coming in late here - but I was just wondering how it worked out for you with the squat rack?
I'm in a similar situation as what you're describing and have been looking at getting something along the lines of this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/DTX-Fitness-Squat-Rack-Power/dp/B01LWUZ29O
This one: https://www.amazon.com/NMVB-Bodyweight-Resistance-Full-Body-Extension/dp/B08G4CN6NX . I prefer two straps for home use, overall, as I don't much adjust them. I have two anchor points. They can be joined, of course.

I’m not familiar with I-beams and very not handy. But I have 2 TRXs set up. 1) I use this D-ring in my ceiling beam (found with stud finder) and 2) use an extender strap with carabiner looped over a beam in the garage.
Home2 has cheaper foam handles that absorb sweat and are harder to clean. The Pros have a rubber handle and is the version you see at gyms.
Home2 and Pro4 comes with door mount. Pro4x comes with a wall/ceiling mount instead of a door mount.
If you want cheaper, look into the TRX Go on Amazon. It's the same as the Home2 but with thinner straps which isn't really noticeable in practice.
