you really shouldn't be on that much spiro wtf, you might actually have an androgen sensitivity.
8mg E should be fine if taken sublingually, don't just swallow them.
2mg finasteride daily, they prescribe it in 5mg but you can cut them into 2 or 3. you can see how 5mg makes you feel, but 5mg is for prostate cancer and considering you already have very suppressed T it will likely make you suicidal and give you a headache.
i don't honestly have an answer for balding tho, cus at trough i have 181pg/mL E 27ng/dL T and am still losing hair despite being healthy otherwise. Be sure that you eat enough food and have proper nutrition, you can lose hair because of malnutrition. Adults need ~60-100g protein daily depending on your weight and height. If you work out or have a job where you are on your feet all day then you gotta eat more. In rare cases vitamin deficiencies can also lead to hair loss, if you're eating healthy otherwise but still have brittle nails you probably have a vitamin deficiency. These should cover everything, the most common vitamins people miss are C, D, B7(Biotin). If this continues you should try going to a dermatologist.
Do you know your skin type? If you don't want all the fancy 10 step stuff like I do, I suggest to do at least do the very minimum. Your face will love you in the long term.
Find your skin type. Basically, go take a shower, put basic bitch cleanser on your face and leave it on for 30 seconds and rinse it off. Get out of the shower and don't put anything on your face for an hour.
Check your face right after, if your skin look shiny, you have oily skin. If your skin feel tight when making facial expression and/or flaky , you have dry skin. If you noticed some spot are shiny while other are dry, you have combination skin, congrats, you have the worst skin generic. However, if there no oily or tightness, you have normal skin, god of all skin, take a good care of it.
Basic Routine
At night, wash your face and dry with clean towel then use cleanser that fit your skin type(leave it on for like 1 minutes or so), wash that off and put on moisturizer that fit your skin type(Emphasis this since getting product with wrong skin type will fuck your skin up).
In the morning, wash your face and dry with clean towel. Put on moisturizer and 50 sfp sunscreen(if going out).
There also exfoliate, serum, toner and retinol and other fancy stuff if you want to remove melanin from your face but start with the basic first.
I have used something like this and the Braun Facespa epilator to temporarily remove my facial hair - because by shaving only I was always left with a beardshadow no matter how close I shave, thanks to being pale and having somewhat dark facial hair. I prefer the first thing though, even if it takes a bit of more time. My skin looked really red by doing it for the first times, but after doing it a couple of time it did not get irritated anymore. I could send you some examples via unsee if you would like to, how it looks normally vs. when epilated - as I have deleted my pics on the selfietrainsub.
for me just feels better, like I really love how it feels on my scalp and going through my hair compared to other kinds of brushes gets knots out fairly well and its REALLY good for brushing leave-in product in. this one is my fav. this recommendation is totally contingent on whether your hair is straight tho.. I think. not 100% on that.
I read something somewhere [trust me sis] that t actually makes you grow hair faster, so slower growth if you're on E now might make sense 🤔
a shampoo brush/+scalp massager like this will help with growth tho.
you can keep having an ED, but if you don't eat food your body won't convert that into boob gains. Long term fat gains are gradual over time anyways, there isn't any solid proof weight cycling does anything, but gaining a bit of weight if you're skinny can round out your ass/face a bit. Gaining weight before transition isn't gonna change anything, you'd have to wait after starting HRT on a decent dose to get fem fat distribution.
If you're genuinely worried about an ED effecting transitioning, protein powder or soylent, + a multivitamin are good depression meals and give decent nutrition. For protein powder I use this one. I like the mint soylents but all their flavors are good, kinda expensive tho.
