This article from Schwab does a pretty good job of laying out TLH benefits with actual numbers. But if you are not reinvesting the savings then it’s kinda moot, IMHO.
I switched from Wealthfront back to Simple for my cash account after the first decrease last year. As of today (2020-01-13), my Simple account has an Interest Rate of 1.88%, and a 1.90% APY.

Schwab has a hybrid called "Schwab Intelligent Portfolios Premium" that may be an option for you. It is a Robo but also has an advisor, it costs a one time fee of $300 and 30 a month after that regardless of amount in the account.

I've actually read a book recently - Everyday Millionaires. The book was not so informative as for me, but it kinda summarizes stuff which I already have read from different sources. Also there are some stories of real people in the book, so it could be inspiring.
