You could slowly fill the hole with some 500f rated lava lock adhesive like the include with their gaskets. I have a powerstation (link below) with the 120v plug. I don't prefer to have which was originally a $250 batter outside in the sun. However, 57600 mah has no problem with 16 hour cooks and still have plently of power in reserve.

Plugging into USB does not work because they have 5V (2.4amp? don't remember) output but the billows take 12V (1.2a? also don't remember). Thermoworks seems to be the only place that sells a $100 battery pack with a 12V usb output, and anything on Amazon for $50 claiming 12v , isn't 12v USB, its 12v some random plug and I don't feel like soldering.

I don’t even put water in the water pan often and still use it because I find it easier to clean and use than the WSM bowl.

I just foil that pan from Amazon and it’s easy to clean up afterwords. If you use water you don’t need to worry about a greasy water pan.

I prefer this, but rarely look at it honestly. You don't have to drill a bigger hole, it has a longer stem than stock. This is on 22". It more or less is accurate to the digital air probes, but takes a while to settle on temp.
