I'll cut straight to it. In order to face confusion and uncertainty, you must put something on the line. I trade options as an amateur. The only thing I know for sure is what I can lose. This isn't my first introduction to decision making under uncertainty. I started with a video game genre called roguelikes. Randomly generated levels and enemies with death resulting in a loss of ALL progress. Here I had to temper my expectations to the environment.
This brings me to another major point. You don't need to know what to do to proceed. I will make an educated guess that you have a lot of internet time under your belt. What the internet doesn't emphasize is that you decide how much information is sufficient to make a decision. In the real world, more information doesn't always mean you are more informed. Sometimes the exact opposite is true. This post started about 3x longer, but was 20x more confusing. That should give you a clue.
I will once again recommend reading Antifragile by Nassim Taleb.
And if I remember correctly, in an earlier thread you mentioned having some artistic ability. In which case, I will also give you this video.
> ITS LIKE IM BLOCKING
You're not alone. I know it feels like it, but I promise, you are not, there's a ton of us who understand. A fellow creative friend of mine and I have discussed and researched this phenomenon for years.
As to how to overcome it, it's personal, because the root of the issue is almost always personal, but there are common denominators and a couple of go-to sources for me when I find myself struggling with it, are:
(1) This article which was a fucking wake-up call to me:
https://iheartintelligence.com/discipline-beats-motivation/
(2) And this book, which brilliantly identifies the "IT'S LIKE I'M BLOCKING" problem and provide some damn smart ways to fight it (yes the book is about "creative" processes, but honestly it can be applied to anything):

This book has helped me so much, I'd send you the $10 to buy it if I could. Try a local library, they almost certainly have a copy.
Well Te is your PoLR function, which means it's not only your weakest but it annoys you when others use it. You have Ti in your stack. It develops naturally as you age, this book has activities to help you develop your weaker functions. But mostly, just take time to work through things logically. We all have emotional reactions to things sometimes, take a few minutes to think about it. Consider ppls motivations rather than how it made you feel. Also since Fe is mostly about values, and Fe gathers values from their tribe, take the time to listen to ppl who believe the opposite of you. Esp in politics. Always know that there's a possibility they are right and you are wrong, no side is infallible. Listen, research, have an open mind.
Lifespan by David Sinclair had some info on this. Haven't read through it yet, can't recall most of what I read in it. amazon linkeru
“The actions of confidence come first. The feelings of confidence come later” https://www.amazon.com/Confidence-Gap-Guide-Overcoming-Self-Doubt/dp/1590309235 The lesson is that you don’t need to feel a certain way in order to live a certain way. Don’t wait for the right set of feelings. Don’t work on your self esteem. Work on your life. The rest will fall into place.
It doesn't happen instantly. It takes a lot of work and years (or your entire life)
this book will be out soon By: Dr Nicole LePera Check out the posts. I found them to be very helpful
