That board is very well used. I got a nice dual sided board online, xiangqi on one side and go/weiqi on the other but that was in China.
This one from Amazon looks similar but is new. I think you’ll either have to use it a lot or distress it yourself to get it exactly the same.
Fairy-Stockfish plays several chess variants, including Xiangqi. Its strengh is "slightly above the level of Elephant Eye and Cyclone 0.55, at least on master level." (I don't know much about those engines but I assume they're strong).
Besides the engine you need a GUI (for example xboard) to play with it.

I bought my copy in 2014, and it seems to be still available on Amazon
So I've found out the best way to me to learn the moves of the pieces is solving easy puzzles.
I have this app that starts with very easy ones, and at the #30 I've just got stuck. I've tried all the ideas I have but I'm not able to solve it. I have to admit that I set up this position on an engine, and it can't solve it either. Since I have no idea of how strong the engine can be, I've thought of posting it here; so can red pieces get more than a draw?
EDIT; the mentioned app is here https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gnik.chinese.chess&hl=en
I'm just learning but I use this one. It has a bunch of endgame puzzles to solve in addition to both online and offline play.
