There definitely is a high demand for what you're describing. I guess you'd start with a fan site like OnlyFans, Fansly, LoyalFans... that's how most people get started. Once you build an audience there, you create a member site on platforms like AdultMemberSites.com, which is similar to having a fan site but it looks more professional and gives you more control over your content, subs, and ways to earn money, I'd say a 100-200 (and growing) active users is enough to move to a member site. And you don't need any technical skills either.
What I notice, especially here on Reddit, if you want to do it, you have to be ready to put in the effort. You need to publish consistently, market yourself on Twitter, Reddit, Snapchat, elsewhere, keep engaging with your subs to keep them active and coming back.
