Not perfect, but it's addictive, has pretty decent/interesting dialogue, moral choices, vendors with items that you actually WANT/NEED to buy, interesting perks to choose, and a moderate level of challenge.
Only significant downsides are that it's a little grindy (sometimes it feels like a single-player MMO), and the combat could use more strategy than: attack/run/use a potion.
