the site you are looking for is http://community.articulate.com, and /u/elmatador12 is right - it is agreat resource, particularly if you are using Articulate programs to create your elearning.
i'm not really in the business of recommending rapid authoring tools (check out Brian Dusablon and Judy Katz on <em>The Toolbar</em> for more on that), but you would be hard-pressed not to be able to figure out how to customize the navigation with a tool like Articulate Storyline. For people just moving from ILT to elearning, Articulate is probably the way to go, as a lot of things will be familiar to you if you already are familiar with working in PowerPoint.
