If you have no knowledge of web development, you can always use Artisteer. http://www.artisteer.com/
I'm not a big fan of it, but it's something to start with maybe?
Edit: I just found this website that explains how to make a Bootstrap layout for Joomla: http://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/edu/joomla-3/create-template
I would go with Joomla personally. WordPress is great, and you can make it look like anything, but Joomla is better suited to this application.
In fact they have a huge list of Joomla real estate plugins: http://extensions.joomla.org/search?q=real+estate+listings&sa.x=17&sa.y=15
You can download themes from anywhere or you can purchase Artisteer and create your own Joomla theme that looks very professional. All without knowing any code, it works like a Microsoft office program.
Any hosting major hosting company will have a Joomla option available, usually they will install it for you.
Used myself, would highly recommend it. Free trial, and about $50.00 for home version.
Worth it, if you're serious about web design. Able to do more than just WordPress to boot, but does that quite well too. Static html design, several other major cms's blog software. 💁
Try the trial, I am not getting a commission for this. 🤷
I used Artisteer for a few years to do what you are talking about but the application has not been updated since 2015 as they have switched to a new application called Theamler.
TBH I'm always nervous about offering advice because of experts shooting you down in flames. But... why don't you look at Artisteer? (http://www.artisteer.com/) There is a free trial I believe and you can try out different options. It's got images and menus built in and you can play around with it to get a really good feel for what works and what doesn't work from a design perspective.
But, what do I know? I still like Classic ASP :)
Oh wait I forgot about http://www.artisteer.com/ I used it a few times. Eventually it's just too frustrating, the code it spits out is not... normal. And the wysiwyg options are just not flexible enough.
If you're looking easy themeing, I would take a look at Artisteer. The themes are a little heavy, but you're able to flesh out simple themes in a hurry. As for the superior CMS, it would depend on your goals as a Web Designer/Developer. If you're looking for something that's scalable and robust and well supported, I would recommend Drupal. If you're looking for something to make a site for yourself and a few friends I would recommend Wordpress. In the end, all have their advantages to one another and it really depends on what you're trying to achieve with the website at hand.
Downloaded it, tried it, some how it did not jive with me... Though, I must say you pointed me in the write direction. Found this=>Artisteer Has worked out for me well!
